객실상태는 좋다고 볼 수 없으나 호텔 옆에 위치한 펍을 저녁시간과 조식을 위해 편리하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았다.

Clean and tidy

Very convenient to Waves venue and hotel for drinks and meals.

Having excellent dining options on site with playground for children was a big bonus. Room was well appointed, modern and clean with little courtyard allowing door to be opened.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was recently renovated. Very clean, AC worked well. Bed was V comfortable. Shower was also V good. Downside, it took a while to find the check-in as it's in another building, 50 metres away. Faulty fire alarm at 4.40am, so all residents had to vacate for 20 minutes. Very expensive for this type of accommodation. Room only in the middle of a pub car park.

Relatively quiet Except for people coming home in the early hours and being loud. I guess that is what you get when you stay near a pub.

There is a fency resturant and big kids playground just next to our room. The room has been renovated in a very good condition. Only the drain is a little smelly so we have to close the toliet door all the time to avoid the smell goes to the room.

Quite a disappointing experience having to rearrange travel plans after being advised that the other guest staying with my daughter and I couldn’t arrive earlier and check us in. I have done this at numerous other accommodations and never had an issue, considering I paid for 2 adults and a child and he was the other adult staying with us. I was happy to send through my identification and card details so you could match it with my booking but that wasn’t good enough. Meant adding additional time on to travel (in the dark, and torrential rain) to pick him up, while he hung around waiting an additional 5 hours doing nothing because he couldn’t check us in and unpack our luggage. The girl who actually checked us in on site was lovely, and the room was nice, but we likely won’t be back considering how inconvenient your check in rule made it.

Clean and modern room. Plenty of parking. Handy having somewhere to eat and drink straight across the road. Check in was quick and easy. Close to the beach and not too far to drive into shopping etc.
