i stayed for 10days in this hotel this month i coudnt sleep 5days becuase i kept coughing and my body was itchy, so coudn't travel well because i was so tired and finally i caught a cold at firt i thought it was because i was tired after long trip but i was weired, so i wiped the floor just like attached picture so i found out the cause of coughing and itching so i complaint fornt desk also they didnt change bed cover and pillow cover just like attached picture red dot is same several days my trip was very terrible because this hotel i've never left review on hotel

The service at check in was demeanimg and rude

Nice property with new building. Service was good. Staff was friendly. It is though next to fire station. We stayed there for 4 nights and the fire truck bothered us only twice.

Rooms are nice and spacious but lack of car parking can be an issue. The hotel itself has a small allocation of car spaces on site and if you don’t get one they’ll refer to nearby car parking. It may not bother some but if it’s important to you it may impact your stay.

Amazing stay in a beautifully designed, clean hotel. Lorraine, who checked us both in and out was delightful! Her genuine consideration for making the stay memorable and special was delightful.

Within walking distance to Southern Cross Station and Marvel Stadium. Good shopping nearby with the Spencer Outlet Centre. Staff at the Hotel were great, very friendly and happy.

This hotel was beyond fabulous with excellent, friendly hotel staff. Great location and would definitely stay here again. Spacious and clean room

The staff were very very nice and accommodating! I have a large car and they offered to reserve a park in the top car park so it could fit which was much appreciated. The room was of higher value than expected with very comfortable beds and a very large outside courtyard. I will be recommending to friends and family and definitely consider this stay the next time I’m in the city.

New hotel in quiet area

So close to a 5-star all around property. We chose this property due to activities we were doing in the area. Room size was great. Just a couple small things keep this from getting 5 stars across the board. 1-location. Fire station right next door. 2-location. Wind was howling for most of 2 nights, extremely loud in our room location. First time in Melbourne not sure if this is normal. 3-Shower Door. Poor design, water leaks around edges and under door and pools in middle of bathroom and around toilet. Makes it challenging for other users or yourself walking around in wet feet. There is a drain there but it’s a really poor design choice. Needed to use extra towels to mop it up. 4-Bathroom door. Is a sliding door that does not seal flush to wall and hangs crooked. Rest of my family doesn’t need to hear, smell or see what goes on when one is using the loo. 5-Heater located in ceiling. Gurgles while running at a pretty high and distracting volume (especially while trying to sleep). 6-No middle sheet on bed? You had the bottom sheet and then the comforter, nothing in between. Nice little burger joint located on floor 1 and very friendly front desk staff! Almost all of the above except location is fixable and would make a world of difference in getting even higher ratings. Even with the small critiques I still rank this pretty highly for the cost.

Nice place to stay

Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water passing by the pipes.

Breakfast was expensive
