목재로 건축된 한계로 인하여 방음이 안 되는 와중에, 젊은 학생들이 새벽에 노래를 부르고 소란을 피웠다. 리셉션이 24시간 운영되지 않아 아무도 제지하지 않았다. 침구류의 경우 먼지 제거가 잘 되지 않았다. 무선 인터넷은 저녁 시간에 매우 느리며, Optus 통신사 기준으로 데이터 사용이 자주 끊긴다. 근처 산책로와 마을은 치안이 좋고 평화롭다. 그러나 CBD 접근성은 떨어지는데, 페리의 간격이 시간당 2회 정도이니 유의해야 한다.

시설이 깨끗하고 동네가 한적하고 조용했다. 페리를 기다리며 크레몬 포인트에서 벤치에서 바라본 시드니시가지와 오페라하우스 풍경도 매력적이다. 서큘러 키까지는 페리로 오가는데 짧은 구간이지만 풍경이 좋았다. 서큘러 키에서 그리 멀지 않지만 북적대는 중심가에서는 한 걸음 떨어져 있는 게 장점인 숙소. 유료 아침식사는 빵과 시리얼 과일 정도. 다만 시드니 물가 생각하면 호텔에서 서게 나을 수도.

The double room with ensuite was comfortable for our 2-night stay, and the continental breakfast was as expected with standards such as cereals, breads, tea and coffee. The biggest issue was parking. The property only has 1 parking space which has to be prebooked; everyone else staying at the property has to find street parking, which is generally time limited during the day and often taken day and night by surrounding residents who park their cars in the street (most neighbouring properties only have single garages), and also taken during the day by tradies working on the property next door. This parking problem means that it becomes a lottery especially at night to find somewhere to park.

Lovely hotel! 10 minute ferry to the CBD, every 15 minutes! Breakfast was really good and well priced with a good choice. Staff were incredibily helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again! 😁

The staff is very friendly and helpful; Robert went above and beyond in assisting with helping me book an outing. The property was well maintained and comfy. The neighborhood felt safe, was close to a great walking path and convenient to the ferry stop. Highly recommend!

Fabulous B&B choice with close access to the city ferry, in a lovely neighborhood, salt pool nearby for swimming. Great old house and many other patrons to meet. No dining nearby.

Charming , old world feel accommodation with nice views from verandah set in a residential neighborhood. Rooms were small , good mattress and good quality linen. Has a common kitchen and lounge area and cheap continental breakfast options available. Parking available on street but not always easy. Once parked preferred to use Uber or ferry 10 minutes away. Very close to walking path for the Bondi to manly walk . These walking tracks are tranquil and go through semi rain forest areas and were very surprising being so close homes. Along these tracks there were amazing harbor views.

Loved the relaxed feel of the property, as well as the character of the historic building. Service at the Manor was excellent. Exploring around Cremorne point was a lovely experience

Great property in a great location although the mattress was somewhat soft and unfortunately there was quite a bit of mould in bathroom
