Someone had been smoking in the room. The car park was not suitable for my 4WD. My car is under the high but I still hit a fire sprinkler that could now be very costly to myself.

Arrived and room was full of smoke The manager was fantastic and upgraded me but However when I got up I saw bugs in the carpet crawling up the walls I would not recommend at all sorry

The bar fridge had been disconnected by someone previously to me. When I reconnected it it was a noisy conveyance and I understand why it was turned off. The bed side lamps we out of order and when I advise the staff nothing was done about it whilst I was there. There were undesirable guests in house that were either drug fueled and drunk that caused loud disturbances in the middle of the night.

Needs updating, edges of wardrobe/drawers chipped. Bathroom needs to be updated Generally the room looks tired. Good location for St Kilda, walkable to where I needed to go as well as the trams. The woman on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Problème de Parking ... j'ai perdu ma clef de voiture. 1 jour d'attente pour refaire une clef. 385 dollars ... Par contre je suis satisfait des services Hotel .com. A noter le petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé. Bon accueil de la part du personnel. Ils ont réceptionné ma valise qui est arrivée 3 jours aprés l'atterrissage à Melbourne depuis Shanghai ... donc avec un tel désagrément j'ai apprécié le soutien du personnel de l'hotel qui s'est mis à ma disposition. J'ai repris une 3ème nuit. Cela m'a facilité les choses. NB j'apprécie énormément d'avoir 1 nuit offerte par hotel.com lorsque j'ai cumulé 10 nuit. J'ai payé 23,33 euros une nuit au NOVOTEL Aéroport Melbourne. C'était génial. Super petit déjeuner compris. Merci Hotel.com

Shower head leaking profusely on arrival, fixed after reported, shower cubicle leaked, not fixable but offered extra towels to put on the floor. Advertised as "parking available" which means park on the street as long as the car is moved before 7:00am or parking fine. Not my definition of "available". $20 to park under the building, waived after an arguement.

It is a nice hotel on the outside and the reception has been well maintained, but once you pass the entrance, that image gradually fades away. The room I stayed in has furniture that is appropriate for the room, I don't know if all the rooms have the same atmosphere of being bought at the Market Place. Good mattress, terrible pillows. And well... I could go on... and to close, it would be great if there was no charge for absolutely everything like parking, gym, and other areas, everything should be included, it is not good to adopt the bad habit of the airlines. Anyway, if you want to stay there, it is a good place to spend the night and go out.

The property met our every need for the reason we were there, however the room smelt like cigarette with an ingenious idea of a shower cap over the smoke detector. The shower head was loose, which made that a wee challenge, but we got there. The staff were great, smiley and more than competent. We will probably stay there again for convenience, however the 'no smoking' policy of the rooms somehow need to be better policed.

Garage spots very hard to move around in and expensive for the conditions there. Everything in walking distance. Very strong perfume smell in the building.
