크라운 플라자 퍼스 바이 IHG, IHG 호텔

조용한 호텔, 단체 손님이 많아 조식때 많이 붐빈다.

Few years ago, i stayed with Crowne plaza and back again. This is old hotel, so bath room and air condition facilities are a little bit old and smell, But it wasn't a big concern. We checked in late, but the staff were all friendly and allowed a late check out for us. The breakfast was not flashy, but it was with a good enough view, and the taste of the coffee was excellent. We plan to stay again over the Christmas break. Thank you again

Room was noisy late at night, after midnight. After restless night the waitress was rude during breakfast service and wouldn’t bring me a simple request of ice without me having to go to desk myself.

Staff were extremely helpful The property was clean but quite dated We had a room below the gym this was very bad as you could here weights thumping on the ceiling until quite late at night and it started again at 6.00 am Would recommend to ask for a room which is not on the 2nd floor The shower was over the bath which was quite high and that made it rather difficult to get into - there were no hand rails The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices We would stay again but make sure we got a room away from the 2nd floor and with a walk-in shower

the room was great . the only grizzle was Sunday breakfast was average in that the selaction was limited.

Good location overlooking parkland and river. Comfortable room with lovely bed, plain furnishings shower over bath and balcony. Nice terrace for dinner and drinks

Bathroom a little dated and cracked but clean

Honestly, not having chips on the room service menu was a gut punch

Other than a few marks on the corridor carpet, we loved every minute of our stay last weekend. Our room, the staff and the food and service at Gusti were all excellent! Thank you so much.

The bed was probably the best thing about this stay. Our room was in a very weird spot we didn’t have a good view from our balcony.

We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable.
