Uluru was an amazing experience and hhe Desert Gardens was the idea place tobenjoy it

Great place to stay.

We only stayed one night so keep that in mind! Everything in Yulara is expensive so the cost of the room was high…I didn’t necessarily mind that but I did mind the condition of the room. There were mouse droppings on the bed and floor and a whole lot of ants in the bathroom. The staff were fairly responsive to the problem and offered us another room so can’t fault them there but we had stayed at the Outback Lodge for a few nights prior to this (less expensive) and the room quality was much better! They did have a GREAT breakfast buffet and the staff we interacted with were quite nice but for value for $ is not there

All the tours can be booked out of the hotel and the buses come to pick you up. The guides are very clear about pick ups and drop offs. The resort also provides transport to and from the airport, so no rental car is required. The provide plenty of (free) activities so if you like to be kept busy, you can....or you can just relax.

Not great to be beside the laundry room. People tended to amalgamate on the laundry room patio and overflow to our room patio. Took away our privacy. Restaurant was good, service was good. They have a captive audience so it is what it is.

The property is rated as being 4*, and it’s not. Our room was tired, and in need up updating, painting and general TLC.

Limited staff who were a little overwhelmed by more guests than expected

The Dessert Gardens is in a great position with plenty of parking available. It was an easy to walk to the Town Square. The pool was centrally located within the resort. Room was spacious with good air conditioning, eeven when the temperature was high 30s . Had a lovely dinner in Mangata Bistro. Wonderful Food, Drink & Service. Also had buffet breakfast there as well, with a great variety of foods to fuel for the day

The hotel is ok n the service is fine.

Has a captive audience so few options, air conditioning in room didn’t work on a 41 degree heat, ants in room. Only one restaurant open so queues horrendous.

We had an amazing view from our room. The restaurant was very expensive.

The manager was very Helpful .. And was very Courteous.

アニメティは歯ブラシがないとかボディシャンプーが出ないとかであまり良くない。設備の古さは仕方ないと思う。

We had a wonderful time at Yulara and visiting both Uluṟu & Kata Tjuṯa. It’s just a shame that the resort area doesn’t have BBQ facilities for guest to use to cook their own meals.

Was da für zwei Nächte und dann 1087 AUD geboten wird ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit. Schon der Empfang war unmöglich, wobei eine junge Frau nicht zurecht kam uns einzuchecken und Hilfe brauchte und dann ging es eigentlich. Dann drängelten sich Kofferträger auf, wobei ich keinen wollte und dem Herrn das 3 x sagen musste, dass ich das alleine machen wollte. Aber dann kam das Zimmer, was eine Unverschämtheit ist, einem Gast so etwas zuzumuten! Der Toilettentopf sah aus, als wenn der mehrere Wochen nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Spülung für das kleine Geschäft ging überhaupt nicht und für das große Geschäft musste man die Taste festhalten bis alles verschwunden war. Das Bad eine Zumutung: Dusche klappte kaum. Shampoo und Bodywaschflaschen waren leer. (kontrolliert das Personal nicht vor der Übergabe an neue Gäste, ob die noch ausreichend gefüllt sind???) Dann schon der Eindruck vor der Eingangstür wo mindestens ein paar Wochen nicht gefegt worden war, aber der Höhepunkt war die Terrasse, die man vor Schmutz nicht benutzen konnte. Alles zu sehen über beigefügte Bilder. Gastronomie haben wir erst gar nicht in Anspruch genommen, wenn man den Dreck am und im Zimmer sah, wie soll es dann in der Küche her gehen. Möchten Sie so eine Toilette benutzen??? Das Haus wird mich und Freunde von mir, nie mehr wieder sehen. Wie das Hotel an 4 Sterne gekommen ist, kann ich nie begreifen!

Super hotel. Huge room, clean well equipped and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.
