체크인은 순조로웠습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 아늑해서 마음에 들었어요. 크래들 마운틴 방문자 센터까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 리셉션에서 다양한 먹거리를 구입할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 👍

No instructions on how to use the heaters. Had to run them a lot to keep place warm. The only other complaint was that our door was extremely difficult to close and lock when we were going out and almost caused ourselves an injury doing so.

크래들 마운틴 내 숙소로 입지가 탁월합니다. 국립공원 내 선택의 폭이 넓지 않은데 그 위치에 주방 딸린 숙소가 있다는 것에 감사했습니다. 청결도나 안락도는 보통~좋음 사이이구요.

전 막 해가 지도 눈발 흩날릴 무렵 체크인 했는데 (5시인가 6시 이루에는 리셉션 앞 박스에서 키가 들어있는 봉투를 셀프 픽업해서 그 안의 지도 보고 방을 찾아가야 함)
부지가 넓은데 제가 투숙할 집 번호가 이정표 내에 지워져 있어 헛갈렸어요. 저랑 비슷한 무렵 차가 세 대 정도 셀프 체크인했는데 다들 처로 꽤 부지를 돌았어요. 어둡고 눈이 와서 그랬던 것 같습니다.

The cabin was gorgeous and the outlook beautiful.
We loved the spa, the nespresso coffee, the bed was very comfortable, the fireplace and the bathroom was gorgeous with quality body wash and shampoo.

We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen.
We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room.
It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception.
I expect our room was ready and being checked, before our arrival.

The property location is very convenient for us to check in after our long day walk in the Cradle Mountain. The check in was easy and the property is very clean. The heating is very good for an end cold autumn day and we thoroughly enjoying our stay. It is spacious enough to accommodate 6 of us and the kitchen is well equipped for us to prepare our dinner. We thoroughly love this property and will book again when we arrange our next trip.

We booked the Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment, this is a newer cabin compared to the standard cabin and it was very clean! The place was well healed with a gas fireplace and we enjoyed our time here. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in a private 4 bed bunk room with 1 double and 2 bunk beds. The bedroom was small but fine for the 2 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great place to meet other guests. The shared shower and toilet facilities were clean and a good standard.
My criticism is that the price was too high, approx double the price of other holiday chalet style accommodation we stayed in which had private facilities.
