처음 체크인 할때부터 체크아웃 할때까지 다 너무 친절하게 응대해주시고 영어를 못하는 저에게 하나하나 천천히 친절하게 알려주셨어요~ 생각한 것보다 집도 훨씬 좋고 청결하고 모든 것이 완벽했습니다 :) 3일에 한번씩 청소해주는 서비스도 좋았습니다

The distance from the sky bus to the street is very good, wherever I can go, I like to go to the downtown area, and the interior facilities are too good to go downtown. Your choice will be good for your journey.

Great location. Public transportation right out your front door. The apartment was roomy and had a well equipped kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment which we used often. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

It was in a good location though not in the bustle of the very center of city. Less than 1 km walk to southern cross train station though some metro right outside accommodation. Could have been a bit cleaner the unit itself and some areas needed freshening up such as the blind on the eindow

Overall a good experience. Except water leaking from bathroom into bedroom floor with lots of mould and an unpleasant smell. Apartment next door had a dog that barked like crazy when they were not there at night. Drove me mad. Microwave did not work but was replaced. The view of Docklands is fantastic and the view of New Year’s Eve fireworks was fantastic

Our 3rd stay at the accommodation. Apartment is a little small, but just for the wife and myself it was fine. Has kitchen and we were able to make our own breakfast and occasional dinner. Location is perfect. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Trams and transport right outside the front door. Having a reception makes check in so much easier. Small, but suited our needs.

Excellent location, easy to navigate. However terrible strong odour throughout room at night. Was a hot humid and wet night. Upon returning to our room on Saturday night a strong distinct stench which resembled hydroponic set up was throughout the room, entering via vents / unsure where or how. We needed to sleep with doors wide open and air conditioner on high to eliminate odour.

Very clean apartment with everything you need.
Good customer service.
The exhausting fan over cooktop did not work, however, it didn’t not make a difference since I did not have to fry anything for cooking.

全体としては、綺麗でキッチンなどもついていて満足です。
一方で、ホテル滞在時にかける上鍵が壊れており、不安でありました。また、初日はシャワーのお湯がでず困りました。あとは、ホテルの中に会社も入っており、日中は誰でも建物に入り放題でした。夜は閉まり、もらう鍵を使わないと入れませんが、共用お手洗いなどに隠れることも可能でした。
