호바트에서 비체노 가기 전 1박을 위해 숙박했습니다. 5시까지 대면 체크인이 가능하고 이후에 체크인 시 메일로 안내해줍니다. 우리가 갔을 때 퇴근하려던 직원이 다시 사무실로 돌아가 친절하게 체크인을 도와주어 매우 감사했습니다. 가족단위의 리조트로 수영장, 식당, 바베큐장, 놀이터, 오락실 등의 시설이 있었고, 제가 갔을 때는 실내수영장과 사우나는 운영하고 있지 않았습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소는 깨끗했지만, 소음에 취약하여, 옆방 투숙객이 시끄럽게 떠들거나 하면 그대로 들리므로 소음에 민감하신 분들은 다른 위치의 숙소를 고려하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 식당은 전망도 좋고, 직원은 친절했으며, 음식은 훌륭했고 양도 많았습니다. 다만, 마트, 주류판매점은 차를 타고 5분정도 가야하므로 미리 사오는 것을 추천합니다.

Receptionist was highly rude on arrival as we were a bit early, almost turned around and went somewhere else, bathroom floors filthy, asked for extra towels and you’d think I wanted to pull teeth out, extremely disappointed!! Limited things to do despite all the advertising!

The breakfast menu and food was delicious and fresh with a good variety to choose from.

The room is new and clean. Staff are friendly. Great facilities. However, the pillows are too high and hard for adults and not suitable for kids at all.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Cottage was clean and bright. Facilities well maintained and beautiful area right on the water.

Everything was good about the room.

We would return here for another stay ! Great views of spring bay, parking was easy, staff were Awesome, great eatery ! Overall I thought it represented good value for money !

Did not experience breakfast

Two of us stayed overnight in a Waterview Suite. We wanted somewhere near the ferry to Maria Island. We didn’t arrive until after rece tion but had called ahead to let them know, so no problems with that. The room was ok. Bit of an odd set up - lots of space in the living area but not much furniture to fill it, and the bedroom had no proper windows - just a high level one on the dividing wall with the living area. We ate in the restaurant which was decent. The member of staff serving us was great. Because we arrived quite late and left quite early the next morning, we didn’t get to use any of the facilities, so it felt quite overpriced for the accommodation on offer.

Staff where lovely, Room could have really used a clean, there was tissues from previous people under the furniture, and so much dust. The indoor spa also was very dirty

The location and restaurant were good.

The room was great, but the meals at the restaurant were excellent. I had the steak and vegetables and the steak was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were just amazing. well done to the chef!!

What a nice place to stay! We arrived and had a great dinner and left early so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities. The room was large, clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay when visiting Maria Island.

Place is almost empty during the off season. Room very clean and well maintained. Good place to stay when visiting the island.
