Staff & management as a whole, with the exception of 2 or 3 individuals- never cease to amaze me with their LACK OF helpfulness or good manners or efficiency. On this occasion after extending my stay for another few days as Id been sick all week, the first time I left my room all week just to go to my car, I was locked out of my room for several hours in my bath robe through no fault of my own, they treated the issue like I was a nuisance & offered no compensation. Then sent me the wrong codes for another property & rang the next morning & abused me in regards to their own mistake in booking details, threatening the police if I didnt leave in 5 minutes, when I had most definately booked & paid & again, no explanation or apology. Considering I dont complain about a majority of things that fall short with these properties, & that I always pay ahead & show courtesy & consideration to all, being abused for no reason & not having access to the room for several hours out in the cold with no acknowledgement of their own mistake is an attitide of unpleasantness I could really do without.

Parking was a bit tricky when the carpark was full but still more than adequate. Im more than pleased to note better communication with admin & host than most prior occasions. And as always, the housekeeping services were top notch.

Clean room

Parking was terrible, so tight it had a car turntable, but no instructions. Access was that tight off a main road was frighting Terrible

- Deliberately deceiving guests. - Incorrect address (other side of the road in a different building). - Lying about the parking situation with misleading wording. Stating ‘self-parking available’ is an absolute lie. Saying parking is unavailable when multiple parking spaces were free the entire time. - Mould in the bathroom and bedroom - Fly screen on 1 out of 3 windows and that was broken so didn’t work - Paper thin walls where you can hear every movement and even low level conversation from other rooms…let alone the multiple 15 second rounds of ‘adult activities’. - Bed too soft…it feels like your legs are higher than the rest of your body. - Old and damaged furniture (chairs in the room are disgusting with the material flaking off). - Fridge noise kept clicking in and off. - Etc.

One of the worst customer service had experienced, building and room shown at the time of booking is different where room been allocated. Never book again with this property

The room above us was up until 12am at night making very loud noises and sounded like moving furniture around all night and day

Room was ok, slight musty smell, floor could have been cleaned better. Fridge had dents and gauges in face like it has been hit with an axe or something, externally look tired and not appealing

The studio apartment was great. Clean, comfortable & modern with everything included. It was a bit tricky finding the apartment as the street address is wrong. It's 295

It was good

Please don't stay in this apartment. We booked The Foundry but was given the Alfred apartment which is across the road. The Alfred apartment didn't look anything like the photos published on the Hotels.com site. Worst still the apartment had a leak under the sink which resulted in mould forming in the sink cupboard. The bed cover and donna were torn. We spoke to management and they didn't repair the leak or changed the torn sheets over our 4 day stay. The apartment was not serviced for the enitre 4 days.

This is a scam. The advertised building, including address, is not where the accomodation is.

Not actually the address advertised, dirty, stinky, mouldy and loud...

The photos shown are not the accomodation provided, couldn’t get in for 1hr 30mins, codes provides weren’t working, horrible staff and horrible service , the manager was trying to fight with me, everything was disgusting , the floors were putrid, room smelt strong of cigarette, we left at 3am because we couldn’t stay the night, we were not provided a balcony as booked.

I like this place. Its quiet & comfortable.

I did not get the balcony room as advertised and yet I paid for it. This property shows very little consideration for guests needs or requests on a consistent badis.

It wasnt as the photo showed with a slidinh door to a balcony.
