Initially I was allocated Room 106. Low quality room. No carpet, bathroom window frame broken. I requested another room. Ok. Nice room 215. Check out time is 10am. At 9am a guest entered my room, with a key, to store her luggage. Fortunately I was up and dressed. Not good enough in my opinion. To future guests, if you are allocated room 106 check before accepting. To garden lodge you need to upgrade room 106. Not sure if I will be back. Probably not.

Clean room, quiet, close to everything.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious. We had a queen size bed and a single bed. Parking is secure and you enter with a code. The bathroom is not small. It has a TV. Air-conditioning. Kettle, coffee, tea and mugs. Small fridge. There is a safe.

This place is comfortable, in a very handy location, and great value for money. I have stayed here on a couple of occasions.. On this stay, it was unpleasant that other guests were smoking in the internal atrium area (where there are no smoking signs), and someone took my clothes out of the guest dryer and left them wet on top of the machine.

Good clean modern hotel at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable motor inn with a cute interval atrium. Staff were very polite and helpful. Free laundry facilities were great. Location is excellent.

Secure parking. Staff didnt show us to our room so we didnt know where to park or what door fo go in or what stairs to go up. Room was Very basis. Beds, towels and bathroom. Minimal hot drink things. Very basis stay

From the front of the building it's hard to tell what the actual place looks like but once you enter it, the courtyard is very pleasant, although a bit dated, with lounges, a fountain and goldfish swimming in the little water features. It's even nicer in the evening with the lights on. The rooms all come off this area. The room was surprisingly large. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the noise echoing from the doors opening and shutting all hours of the night. If there was a way of silencing these doors so they don't make a big noise when closed, this place would be so much better. Overall, a lovely stay except for those doors.

No parking when i purposely decided to stay there because of the parking amenities but when i arrived late after dinner there was no park and had to park cars in. The room was dirty and the bathroom door fell off and i fixed it myself. The fan in the bathroom didn't work from the start and only 1 toilet paper roll.

The room was clean. There was no issue with the hotel or the amenities or the staff. But I did wake up to blood smears on the sheets and then investigating further, popped a large black thing which is full of blood. Upon my research found they were bedbugs.

Room was fine. Air conditioning worked well. Secure parking and close to light rail station.
