Easy parking,room clean,bathroom needs new silicone around spa etc otherwise great place

Amenities, no microwave fridge not defrosted.. Pool and sauna and spa all not clean or working and no privacy in pool area anyway due to the Trees being completely cut. Bar and bistro not open. The furniture could be cleaner . High speed wifi but the TV is not smart TV and there is no way to cast in or login into streaming.such as Netflix , Binge etc. When we first got there we had to change rooms due to the dirty linen , rubbish left behind, lamp broken and spa bath not cleaned. Court yard around pool dirty and not cleaned at all with chlorine it was green.and leaves and dirt on bottom of Pool floor, including filter broken and jets do not work in both pool and spa, which was dirty as well . Button on soa not working. I felt we should been compensated for the 3 night trip.

I stayed here as my daughter was having surgery nearby. It was convenient to the hospital. It was a comfortable stay and room facilities were all in working order. Value for money. It was not expensive. A convenient place to stay

Cigarette butt piles up out side near steps, safe not working, holes in couch, not as clean and tidy as it used be.

this is basic accommodation, everything works and it is close to my workplace.

What an absolute disgusting disgrace! I wrote to this establishment and gave them a choice to refund my night and the cost it took me to write the complaint and relive the disgust we endured by reviewing the photos. There are only 8 photos allowed. I have 30. I also have a comprehensive report of the breakdown of everything wrong with this business. The business chose not to give me a refund. So now I want everyone to see how filthy our room was on entry. If anyone is interested in this report, please feel free to reach out. We checked in approx 6.40pm after 3 hrs of driving, exhausted & ready to relax. Rm 11 appeared tidy at first glance, but when we checked the bathroom, we were horrified. The mould was so pervasive & disgusting that it made us feel sick in our stomachs. There’s green, pink & black mould. All varying stages. Zoom in for full effect. Other issues in the bathroom included: •Stains on the base of tub •A decrepit-looking spa •Pee residue left on toilet •Tape still around vents from recent painting •Hardware left on the bench where it had fallen off •Makeup stains left on the bench After further inspection: • Cobwebs in the ceiling corners • A ceiling fan caked with yrs of dust •Furniture bolted to the walls (who would want to steal it), paint around it •Old, worn timber furniture in dire straits •A TV mounted poorly w dust & faulty •A filthy phone •A freezer that didn’t work and had dirty seals •The carpet was in awful condition, adding to the grimy feel
