Clean refurbished room. Hard floors perfect for those travelling with pets

Room was average

Bathroom fixtures need to be tightened but otherwise room was clean and adequate.

Overall the property is very dated. Linen very dated. Two towels in room despite three people staying. Bed's very uncomfortable. Door to room could be opened with a hard shoulder. Overall I would say that this is a dated property being maintained at a minimum standard. The plus side to the property is location. Short walking distance to shops and eating locations.

The room was not clean when arrived food on ground, advised them they said they would clean the next day but didn't. Also no power point next to bed they have been blank off

The floor felt dirty. A soap square had been picked up from the shower floor and that was all, no cleaning of the shower area. The bedding was clean and the towels were fresh. It was comfortable for the night but not a nice feeling having to wear shoes inside

Gladstone CBD Motel – 3.5/5 We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms—both clean, modern, and surprisingly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. The motel has clearly been refurbished, although if you’re an interior designer or a tiler, the finish might catch your eye. That said, the location is ideal—walking distance to Woolworths, dinner options, and there’s even a restaurant attached. Reception was accommodating for a late arrival and has an easy key drop system for early departures. I’d happily stay again.

Stayed in family room only to have 2 cups, 1 mug and 4 spoons…No forks or knives. Had to ask for an extra towel as we weren’t given enough for the amount of people we had, although the cleaner was happy to give me some! There were shoes left in one of the drawers for a previous customer.

Rained the whole time so i didn't get to use the pool. Room was lovely balcony great but need more shelter for us smokers in the rain.

First, I booked a king deluxe room and did not get the king bed that was listed. Second, I was at the motel a total of 3 hours. The motel was so unsafe, people were doing dr*gs in just two rooms over, it was very noisy and the room wasn’t clean. 3 hours after being there we booked a room at Mid City Motel. I had told the staff member in reception exactly why we were leaving and he offered to pay for us to go somewhere else of his choosing, which was considerate however we had already booked somewhere else. I asked for at least half a refund as I expected them to keep some for housekeeping fee as we had used the shower. Wotif was super helpful in trying to get a refund, however the Motel said they couldn’t do that. This place was terrible and so unsafe. I have already spread reviews on Facebook. I was genuinely concerned for my safety.
