The only complaint was that the stove didn't light easily, however staff were most helpful. I would recommend staying here for the price - it's an excellent option for budget conscious travellers who like to cook for themselves.

Check in was very quick and easy. Very large spacious room and very quiet. The bathroom amenities are lovely and smell beautiful. The bed and pillows so comfortable. Adding to this a free shuttle bus to the airport which is located right outside reception.

Rooms very spacious, but we were put right next the elevator on the first floor, so much noise and doors pinging. Rooms are certainly not soundproofed as described!

Decent view on the 5th floor. View of the airport and Perth Hills, the other side you can see Optus Stadium. Reasonable units. Not to tarnish the reputation. There was a mould smell in the bathroom. Reported the fault. Reception check-in was approachable. Comfortable amenities. Internet TV available to use YouTube account etc. Microwave and Toaster. Pots and pans. Good spot to tap out for a few days. Spring in Australia at the moment. Weather is turning it on 25⁰C. Banh Mi Vietnamese Deli/restaurant just a few minutes up the road. IGA in the Eastgate Centre.

The airport shuttle was not operational due to a lack of driver which was disappointing. The music through the night was extremely loud up until 2am. When we turned the toaster on for breakfast it blew the circuit breaker. Lastly, the traffic noise was the worst we have experienced in our last 10 days travelling. Plus it was the highest tariff we had paid in the last 10 days. All in all, disappointing!

Easy airport transfer process, staff that remember me each week or two that i travel and see them. Helpful and polite staff every time. I truly appreciate the small upgrades in room and feel recognised as frequent valued customer. I am concerned as the price is ok at moment but any increases could see large amounts of FIFO employees not bother and choose to sleep in airport or find alternatives. If the price increase and becomes inline with the local alternatives such as the Country Comfort etc, i feel you may lose business with them having meal and room service options at the venue. Keep it $200ish, you will continue to fill the place daily ... great work and see ya next week

Great that there’s a free airport shuttle to/from the airport. Rooms are large but traffic noise is quite loud. Staff were helpful when I requested a blanket for the bed as it was a cool evening. Not an awful lot of food choice nearby but can recommend the fish n chip shop up the road.
