Room was tidy and clean. Staff very busy but courteous. Amenities old but clean. I was travelling alone. Unfortunately, I was allocated a room absolutely directly above the billiard table downstairs and patrons of the Brewhouse continued to yell and swear late into the night. The music from the Brewhouse was also extremely loud. I did not take into account that the Brewhouse closed at 11pm (not 10pm as stated on Facebook) on Wednesday nights. That was an unfortunate oversight by myself. However, the accommodation did not appear to be booked out so I would have appreciated a quieter room at the other end of the building, given there were plenty of other rooms available. I will not stay here again unless I was with a big group of friends and intended to be out all night, thus the yelling and screaming and loud music would not have been a problem.

Staff were great and the facilities were definitely adequate. Good pub vibe and great beer! Only drama was a bit of noise at night, but that was expected. I would def stay again.

i feel like this place was overpriced for what it was. its literally just a room with a bed, window and sink. oh and it did have a heater, but we didnt use it. the shared bathrooms were very average.

It was very clean and the room was spacious, although there was some noise from the bar downstairs, overall experience was good.

Main Entrance to Room no good at all and toilet and shower not clean at all

Friendly staff Quiet and safe. Very clean . The rooms had a comfy bed and water taps and a support for cases. However there was no chair. Also a tv would have greatly increased the comfort of the room for minimal cost .

Very basic. No mirror, tv, fridge or even chair in the room, just a bed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was great having the restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. It was a basic room, but that's all we needed for overnight. Spectacular view of the bay.

Good for one night stops along the great ocean road, rooms are above the bar — so noise is as expected, but it stopped around 10pm. Washrooms and showers could use an upgrade though. Overall adequate for a budget stay.

It toke them 1 hour to clean and make it available after check in time. The airconditioning was very poor and we were very old during the night.

Nice location, no soap on toilet for bathing and toilet was covered with web.

The pub itself is nice thou I didn’t drink or eat here The room a queen bed it was only just ok The shared bathroom and toilet were not cleaned once during my two nights stay with other guests leftover empty shower gel bottles on the shower floor a full rubbish bin and no paper towel the whole time, both toilets and showers should be cleaned morning and night especially being that they are shared amongst all guests A bath mat should also be offered The room was not made on the second day I had to ask for fresh days which a friendly young man got for us I also found it strange to have to enter from the outside around the back up some undercovered steel stairs that could be dangerous if you slipped

Great location and beer was nice, but rooms were dirty and beds very uncomfortable, you can hear loud music until about 11pm. Shared bathrooms were dirty and only 2 showers and toilets for all the rooms.. wouldn’t recommend if you need a good rest, but guess it’s cheaper option if you’re on a budget.. could be cheaper for what it is, a hostel..

Location was good. Never go back to stay as holiday with family because no water facilities and my kids got sick due to using sink water in the room 8. No toiletries given, back access where bad smelling coming, toilet was not clean. I do not recommend to visit in this accommodation with family.

Great location

One of the worst property. The access is utter nonsense. The room barely had anything. Couldn’t sleep because of noise till 1am.

Ein Bett und rechts und links davon 50cm Platz. WC auf dem Gang und ebenso die Dusche und dies zu einem unverschämten Abzockerpreis wo wir im Melbourne im Stadtzentrum auf hohem Niveau inkl. Frühstück übernachten konnten. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Ich möchte hier eines klarstellen. Ich spreche von der Übernachtung nicht dem Pub. Fies war absolut in Ordnung.
