3시 쫌넘어서 도착했는데 방이 준비되지 않았다고 하여 30분 정도 기다렸음. 조금 넓은 방을 받은 것 같았는데, 욕실이 이미지와 좀 달랐음. 창문 하나가 잘 닫히지 않아서 조금 추웠음. 리셉션은 매우 친절했고, 내부의 스파가 굉장히 고급스러워 보임. 수영장이나 gym을 이용할 예정이라면 좋을 것 같음. 근처(걸어서 15분쯤)에 식당 및 마트가 있어서 이용하기 좋았음.

다른 여행일정에 비해 가격이 조금 부담스러웠지만 아침일찍 스파를 이용할 수 있었으며, 직원분께서 캥거루를 볼 수 있는 곳이 있다는 좋은 정보를 주셔서 돌아오는 날까지 즐거운 여행을 하고 올 수 있었다.

업무출장으로 선택하였으나 꼭다시 가족들이랑오고싶은곳입니다 단4면 직원들이 퇴근해 무인 체크인을 해야하는데 이것도 재미있는 경험이 있습니다

6일간 머무는 동안 아주 편안한 기간이었음 숙박 및 따뜻한 수영장 및 사우나 내부 bbq장 등 강력 추천함 단 4시 이후 셀프 체크인이 다소 당황스러웠다

Hotel incrível! Fomos muito bem recebidos e o quarto muito bonito, limpo e confortável.

I LOVE this place, and come here often for some me time. A stone’s throw from the beach, amazing restaurant (with happy hour every day), heated indoor pool, wellness centre on site for a luscious massage, and lots more. Beautiful resort style. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great amenities for the kids

Hello, I recently stayed in Room 7 (river view) and unfortunately experienced several issues during my stay. I did report these concerns to reception at the time and was advised they would investigate. I also followed up via email but have not received a response. The main issue was a leak in the corner of the bedroom. Over my two-night stay, I noticed my clothes becoming damp, and by the time I checked out, the room had developed a strong mouldy smell. Some of my clothes were damaged as a result. Additionally, the heater in the lounge area was leaking water, which was running over the TV, creating further concern. Overall, this experience was quite stressful and disappointing. I was advised that someone would follow up with me, but I have yet to hear back. I would appreciate an update on this matter and how it will be addressed. Thank you.

Always a pleasure staying here. Kids loved the pool.

Everything was awesome. Only issue was we arrived at 9pm and left before sun up. I would loved to have stayed a few days here

Good friendly nice place

From the description, I expected a bit more, but it felt like just a couple notches above a motel, with some facilities. The trampoline was very tired. The racquets and balls loaned for tennis were hopeless. The gym was good. No toaster provided and a weird and annoying interaction when I asked for one, which ultimately resulted in a half working toaster being provided and when I asked for tissues, the response that there should be some was just annoying given that I was asking for some because there were none (the 6x tissues in the box when we arrived happened to be used up after a day ). The fridge was also really noisy at night, almost 50 decibels with the bedroom door shut according to the iPhone sound meter. Very limited kitchen provisions. We had no reason to expect someone would come into our room during the day (no ‘do not disturb’ sign offered) but some staff obviously came in and made our bed, gave us a chopping board and tea towel that they probably were supposed to give us in the first place - very annoying, I don’t like staff in my stuff and would have opted for do not disturb

Check in great. Nice property but smaller then expected. Compared to photos online its quite small and all units are very ontop if eachother. People and cars are easily heard when in the bedroom as its infront of carparks and walkway. We had a one bedroom apartment which was nice and clean and had all amenities needed for a short stay. Bathroom is very modern and nice. Our shampoo and body wash wasn't filled up before we checked in and there was unfortunately moisturiser which was a shame. We used the pool which was good but spa was not a spa (water same temp as pool). Jump pillows you must pay extra for and can only be used by kids. Overall it was a nice stay on the great ocean road but as its advertised as a resort we expected much more for the price.

The breakfast was very basic, however the resort was a nice and convenient place to stay with modern clean rooms.

Great place to experience the great ocean road. Anglesea unspoiled! The property had everything from spa swimming restaurant happy hour What more could u ask for!!!! Heaven

Really friendly staff throughout the resort. Clean rooms and very good dinner. Wife dad a massage and facial and she rated it as excellent
