잠자는데 추워서 고생했어요

Close to Southern Cross train station, trams to MCG, Marvel Stadium, DFO and Southbank.

As expected

From getting the room ready when I arrived to a fast check out, everything was as I was hoping The location is great, the room comfortable, clean I will definitely come back in a few weeks

It's not designed to be a luxury stay so you have to manage your expectations with this hotel. It's essentially a motel in the CBD with motel-style layout and inward facing windows. The bathroom was the main problem for me as it was very dirty. There were hairs of lengths and shapes in the shower, around the toilet and so on... The carpet also wasn't the cleanest and small things weren't working like the heating which is needed as the room is accessible from outside. At check-in, you'll also have to sign a declaration that states you won't do drugs and other unsociable things in your room which I suppose indicates the sorts of issues this place has faced before. Staff were very friendly and accomodating however and regardless of its quirks, it's still a very reasonable option in the city centre close to everything you could need including walking distance from Southern Cross station. But, I wouldn't stay here again unless like on this occasion it was the only option available.

Hotel was ok but other guests were screaming in corridors in the middle of night obviously affected by drug or alcohol. We could hear every word and it was quite distressing and I felt unsafe.

Excellent location for walking to Marvel Stadium, Spencer Street Train Station, and the Casino. Lots of dining options around the area.

Major benefits - clean, comfortable accommodation at good price well located in relation to Southern Cross station and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Disadvantages - previous resident had left TV settings in Chinese and night staff unable to restore to English. This particular room (115) on ground floor was affected by annoying external noise 24/7 (apparently from a TV somewhere). Reported after first night but not resolved.

Took awhile for the elevator to come waited 3 minutes Gentle at front desk was amazing and very accomodating Would highly recommend Very affordable at last minute booking easy to check in Easy check out in morning

We had a lovely stay, very friendly on check-in and the continental breakfast was great and very reasonably priced

The rooms are surrorunded by a large atrium, I did feel quite uneasy walking around, especially with the low guard rails. The heating unit turns on sporadically when the room gets too cold. It did keep the room at a nice temperature but it is very loud. Otherwise, I think its worth what you pay.

The room didn't have a window but the door opened to a light well, which was fine for me. The room itself was well laid out, clean and with a good bed and nice sheers. Front desk staff were lovely. And it's close to the Skybus terminal. Excellent value.

We had some room issues, blinds not working in room 1 then in room 2 lights lights not working, room 3 given a key to a room that was. Occupied then finally a room that was ok, breakfast fhe toast bread was so badly stuffed in bread station that it was bent and broken need to find a piece that was whole patrick was very helpful

Location was great, transport, shopping and plenty of shopping around the area including spencer Street Shopping outlet. Close to Southern Cross Rail and Skybus to Airport. not forgetting the tram network.

Loved the restaurant downstairs. Food great although cocktails weren't too good.
