위치는 나쁘지 않았어요 주차장도 크고 하지만 주변에 무언가 중동사람들이 많아서 그런지 무섭게 느껴졌어요 그것 말고는 모두 만족합니다

We had a lovely stay at the Greenacre Hotel, with service being a real highlight especially in the bar. The welcoming drin was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and approachable. Even the other guests in the bar and casino were warm and welcoming, which created a really nice atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We arrived quite late on our first night (around 10:30 pm) after spending the evening exploring the city, and it was really appreciated to have the flexibility of a smooth late check-in. The bathroom is very large, which we loved. A small note on the shower: the water is nice and hot, but don’t expect strong pressure. If you’ve spent a long day at the beach and need a really good hair wash, this is something to keep in mind. We enjoyed the space and felt safe in the area throughout our stay. Having a grocery store and bottle shop right next door was very convenient. Public transport is also easy, with bus stops nearby and the train station not far. On our second day, we used public transport to get into the city and found it super easy and efficient. One downside for us was the lack of room service during our stay. There was no refill of coffee or water, and we weren’t able to get fresh towels even though we left a note on the door clearly requesting basic service only, not a full room clean. This was a bit disappointing, especially over multiple nights. Overall, a comfortable and welcome stay!

I was staying in room 12 and you can hear rats crawling in the addict every night and early hour's of the morning. Aircon had a bad smell, and also needs window to open for fresh air.

Upon arrival, we found that the property was not safe for our stay. Supposedly there was a “secure” car park but it was a public car park with no cameras and dim lighting! When entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of paraphernalia and the hotel itself was not how it is advertised! Due to these concerns, we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and left immediately. We spoke to the manager and he understood our situation and was told to contact who we booked through for a refund and we have emailed and are still waiting for a reply a week later!

Wow what a wonderful friendly place, renovated accommodation was fabulous. James the Publican and staff were amazing, cant thank Effie enough for all your help and knowledge !!! Would stay again in a heartbeat !

Nice accomodations. Really enjoy and very handy to everything.

Staff were great. Bed too soft for me. The room I was in had noisy pigeons, I could hear appeared to be in or on the roof constantly. Very noisy and fear of rodents also. Hooning most of the night, loud people congregating til early hours. Made me feel unsettled.

Honestly I never book Pub Accomodation because of the reputation, however, I thought I give it a chance, as it was in walking distance of my travel reason. The lady at the check in was friendly, however, the clientele definitely not my cup of tea. I was shocked what I saw in the bathroom (took photos), the vanity was a disgrace, the shower was not cleaned properly for a long time and the soap holder is a health risk. I did not walk on the carpet or the bathroom floor without shoes. Sure, I may have a high standard of hygiene, and I realise that this is a budget accommodation, however, having a clean environment represents pride and dignity and doesn't cost the world. Apparently, the cleaners, who I would dismiss instantly, nor the management has any pride, shame on you. Do a check up before you hand over rooms for toilet paper (nearly empty roll) and working facilities (heater was not working and unit was dirty too) Wash down the wall and maintain. The positive thing was that the products in the bathroom are vegan/no animal cruelty, thank you that was very much appreciated. I did not spent time in the room, only to sleep, otherwise I would have moved out, even for two days. My friends will not recommend this place to their guests/friends anymore as it is run down. I did not approach staff to discuss these issues, as i didn't want to waste my time, the presentation speaks for itself. Photos and housekeeping do not represent reality.

Where do i start? I was double charged and now it's day 5 with no resolution, i still don't have my money back or a call or an explanation. If that's not enough, I did not like anything, the bed was dirty, the doona was dirty, the mattress was super old and soft, the bathroom was very old and had unused soap fixtures, the room was not serviced at all even after going to reception to request a clean. Will never ever stay there again.

I was warmly welcomed by staff and accommodated despite a wotif booking error. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was a weekend so the music was a little loud until late - but overall great experience.
