그리니치 가든 아파트먼트

Detta överträffade alla förväntningar. Vi disponerade hela undervåningen i en tvåvåningsvilla, med tillhörande pool. Allt var oklanderligt rent och snyggt. Alla maskiner och utrustning såg helt nya ut. Det fanns tre sovrum, ett vardagsrum/kök i öppen planlösning, tvättstuga med all utrustning. Alla förbrukningsartiklar som tvättmedel, disktabletter, precis allt fanns där. Ingenting behövdes för att börja bo. Kaffe och te, kryddor och olja fanns också. Ett komplett hem med andra ord. Området Greenwich är välbärgat villaområde med bekvämt avstånd till centrala Sydney, Hyggligt nära till färjetransporter och tågstation. Affärer och annan service finns i kvarteret på bekvämt gångavstånd. Ägarna Dave och Kerri har tagit emot oss med öppna armar och vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. När tillfälle ges så bor vi här igen.

Thoroughly recommended. A spotless ground floor apartment. Incredibly well appointed, three double bedrooms .Dave the owner lives upstairs is a really nice guy, not too intrusive but always there to help. He willingly gives you a lift to the ferry or locally to restaurants etc. Always welcome. Twenty minutes walk either way to Ferry or train into the city, the location is very quiet at night in a residential area but a little walk at night to local pubs and restaurants after a long day. Well recommended if you want a busy day out and about in the city but want to come "home" at night to a residential area. Well recommended!

We very much enjoyed the quiet location with easy ferry access to the city. The cosy and comfortable apartment was spotless and our host Dave very friendly and generous.

What a wonderful discovery, to find Dave and Kerrie, and their beautiful, peaceful, private garden apartment. My partner and I were made to feel welcome from first contact, and it was lovely to feel as though we were home, once we'd arrived. Dave took us on a small tour of the peninsula and surrounds, and both his and Kerrie's candor made our stay feel very independent and relaxing. But at the same time, you were both very approachable and no query was too much. It was also recommended that we try the local fish and chip shop, and boy oh boy, they didn't disappoint either. Thank you Dave, thank you Kerrie. Your hospitality was second to none, and our stay in Sydney was all the more pleasant due to your pride and care for your delightful home. Your rates are excellent and the amenities were plenty, and we certainly look forward to future visits.
