Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good .

Another great stay. It’s so easy to check in , park and get to room from car park ! Staff are friendly and breakfast was nice also! Room was great , quiet and in a great position Will be back in a couple of weeks again!

Unfortunately our stay was not good at all. It started with us ordering room service to find that our order ( which was a process in itself) was not actioned and after a 45 minute wait for buffalo wings and fries and a glass of wine, we had to pick it up from reception and the wine did not materialise. Breakfast was ordinary with bad service . My husband walks with a wheel walker and we were jammed into a space when the staff closed the sliding door marking “ the end of breakfast”. Staff generally unhelpful and quite rude. Bathroom in our room had a n awful smell and the aircon couldn’t be altered. I also couldn’t contact hotel beforehand as Phone connection never worked.

Location is good in regards to Southbank being just a few minutes walk away. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were friendly, reasonable amount of options available at breakfast, although not a big fan of the coffee machines, they have the same one across the road at 7 Eleven. Overall we were happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest it could have been. I wanted them to do housekeeping one of the days but all they did was turn the sheets over. I knew this because there was a stain on one of the sheets that had been on the outside and was now on the inside. There was also something very sticky on the bedside table giving me the idea they didn’t wipe any of it down between guests. That’s my only complaint.

The hotel was in a great location for going to the Australian Open and other tours that we took. The buffet breakfast was great, except you had to pay for decaf coffee which doesn't seem fair with regular coffee available and free. The room was good but the bathroom configuration was awful. It is very small and not user friendly for two people. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Location was excellent and convenient and stay had general feel good about it. Staff in all areas were very helpful and always available

Overall a good stay.

We are local and had a show at Crown so we decided to stay overnight at the hotel. It was fantastic, so convenient, so comfortable and we can't wait to stay there next time. Also being a member, they gave us a 1.30pm check out instead of 10am. That was very much appreciated.

Check in was horrendous, not enough staff on and very long queue, Breakfast was good , Very understaffed for a busy weekend with a full hotel .

Efficient

Hot Breakfast doesn’t really cater to vegetarians unless you love eating eggs (which I don’t eat) my options were toast and pastries.

Stayed bin room 1014 10th floor. Wardrobe bad design. Couldn't hang my wife's long dress in it as it barely was capable of hanging my shirts and trousers. The weird bench below the TV.?? No dresser and no drawers to store smalls. The bathroom! A wet room...with a "Shower Curtain" Really!? The sink...no room to place my few items never mind my wife's collection of toiletries. On the plus side a range of soaps supplied for washing and showering. Back to the bedroom. The fridge. 3 small milks to make a cup of tea. No bottle of water something which we have grown accustomed to finding in other hotels. Breakfast was OK however food was warm and not hot and that hot water dispenser between the two coffee machines. Nightmare! Myself and an american lady almost got roasted with overflow,

Average stay overall. Bed wasn’t to our liking but that is an individual thing. Breakfast was ok but absolutely chaotic dining area. No observed coordination from staff which created chaos. No control of entry of guests resulting in too many people which flowed into shortage of food, plates & cutlery…and many people walking around with food & nowhere to sit. Staff were functional but not welcoming at reception.

Good service especially from the breakfast staff, breakfast inclusion was fantastic and great value, easy check in and check out, easy to access and in a convenient location
