Good location for shopping, entertainment, public transport and parks. Free parking was a bonus.

All good. Not a problem, however the water came out onto the floor even with door closed while showering. Pleased with service provided./

The rooms were clean but the stairways could use some work. The front desk personnel were fine.

The area has a ghetto vibes, all sorts of shady people are gathering on the parking lot in front of the rooms. Also, it's noisy. The staff is friendly and it is a good service, but I wasn't thrilled with buffet breakfast. Occasionally they were lacking food and plates, especially if you arrive after 8 am. The only good thing was a free parking.

We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas and it was a reasonable place particularly when you are travelling with kids. Pool access and dining options are at Hotel Alba - short walk from the room. Only issues that worth highlighting are: - No pool towels were available and no one wasn’t around to ask, so we went back and got our own ones. - Reception staff people were either overly tired or weren’t really appealing / into customer service. - Breakfast buffet was good with reasonable selection of food. However, ONLY some staff weren’t greeting to us even on the Christmas day itself. it was pretty obvious that they ignored us including my younger kids, but majority of staff seemed enjoying their work. - Lower ground room was noisy. We could hear people climbing down on stairs, jumping around on top floor and loud people around.

Renovated and clean..staff were helpful...enjoyed the use of the pool both days and laundry.

Refurbished rooms were good. Great beds very comfortable. A double size luggage rack so her could fit both her bags. Only downside was shower leaks and floods bathroom

Maybe the first motel in Aust I have been in that had a silent fridge.

We loved it. Will be back

Good location for us to walk to city

Family stay for 3 nights. Room was clean and fresh towels daily. A family room with bunk beds for the kids in a large separate room. House keeping daily. The bonus was free parking.

Comfy but a few miscommunications with the cleaners about restocking and requesting when to clean and when to not!

A motel is a motel, they all very similar in both style and layout but this one is managed by the Hotel Alba next door. The room was of a good size and contained both a single and double bed and a decent size wardrobe held a programmable safe. Amenities included the usual wash basin, toilet and shower as well as hairdryer, iron, microwave and kettle. Housekeeping was daily but could be delayed as required. All of the facilities of the hotel were available to use and included a bar, restaurant and swimming pool. The staff were all very friendly, professional and diligent which added to our very pleasant stay.

The Motel was in a good location with ample parking. Great air-conditioning, modern bathroom including consumables body wash, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream bottles on wall. The duvet was severely stained in many locations. Body wash wasn't topped up by cleaners

Motel that has had a really good renovation. Comfy rooms for a long weekend. Free parking in the city makes for a change.
