The room #12, was either next to or above a noisy pool table room, smoke wafting into the unsealed window. Several requests for a new kettle were ignored as the one in the room kept tripping and wouldnt boil . I am a big tea drinker and was not impressed

Very small room, only access one side of the bed. Mattress was a size bigger than the base, so you felt like you were falling off the bed. Air con and fan were full of dust and mildew.

Loved everything about it.Nice clean space,staff were lovely .Close to everything i needed including transport.And also,as i was travelling alone,i felt very safe.Have been telling everyone i know how happy i was with it and i would stay there again.Also very reasonably priced😊

Great location in the heart of it all. Great value food. Not the biggest rooms in the world but clean and comfy at a good price. Tiny bathroom… be careful you don’t smash your face in on the sink when getting up from the loo like I did!

Hotel Ritz was terrible. To pay $100 a night for a 4 by 4 room. The sanitair was digusting and everything was old and dirty.
We stayed here for 2 nights for a total of $324 dollars. When you pay such an amount you exept a good sleep. Well not on the hard wooden beds. And dont get me started on those idiots who started banging a hammer on metal sheets at 6am on our balcony.
