Quick and easy check in

First things first, 5 stars for the Hotels.com support team, 3 stars for the hotel facilities, 0 stars for their reception team. The check-in process was horrendous. I requested a late check-in after seeing such an option being advertised on its Hotels.com page. Sent them a message 2 weeks in advance via Hotels.com, got a reply the following day asking for my contact details, which were already included in my reservation, so that they could send me the late check-in instructions. Anyways, I replied to them with my mobile phone number and email address. On the day of check-in, I messaged the hotel on Hotels.com and called their number listed on Google Maps multiple times, asking for the late check-in instructions. No response was given, and no one answered the phone. Eventually, I contacted Hotels.com support and requested help because the hotel was about to close its reception, according to their Hotels.com listing information, so I was worried that I might have no place to stay for the night. Thankfully, 20 minutes later, I got the late check-in instructions via text message from the hotel. The hotel facilities are just what you can expect of an Ibis Budget: nothing fancy, but it's alright. Parking is conveniently available in front of the hotel. However, the price is ridiculous. How can it be way more expensive than other Ibid Budget hotels that are even closer to the Sydney city centre? I only stayed here for an experience, and I've learnt the lesson not to do it again

I ended up covered in bed bug bites after a single night

It was last so it addresses an emergency so we are happy

The amenities were simple. Bed clean. Water could not be used we needed to buy water as we couldnt use the tap. No bottle water was offered. Hair in shower.

Really tired hotel But you get what you pay for Had more issues with the Expedia booking site They use a virtual assistant which is useless and there systems always freeze in fact this will be my last booking with this company

Clean and comfortable, small but it's great value.

Ok for an overnight stay, easy parking. Rooms are a bit rundown, sticky floors, dirty carpets in the corridors and the smell of food permeates the place from microwaves in the main corridor near the front door. Will stay elsewhere next time, but I’ve stayed at worst places so not terrible!

Loved the receptionist I met that day

Room was good, staff was amazing. Only surprised when carpark was an extra $5 per day, would be great if it was mentioned prior so it's factored in together or not at all if parking is free. Overall a seamless booking, Thanks.

O quarto padrao ibis , pequeno pra duas pessoas , pra 3 fica impossivel, nao tem recepcao toda hora , se chegar deppis das 10 pm vc fica do lado de fora. É barato mas nao vale a pena , melhor pegar outro

Room felt like a prison cell. Unhelpful staff.

It was dirty, the bed was not ready and did not have enough ved sheet to cover us. The floor was sticky and undernead the bed was dirty like never being clean. No control remote to use the tv.

The first contact at receiption was great, friendly and informative. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Wifi great Toilet and shower area is small but served its purpose. For an overnight stop this was a great budget option. Lots of food options across the road.
