버젯이라고 해서 기대는 안했지만 그래도 샤워부스가 너무 작아서 조금 불편했습니다. ㅜㅜ 엘레베이터는 없고요. 주변 교통이 불편해서 차가 없으면 이용이 불가능할 것 같습니다. 공항가는 셔틀을 예약해주는 점은 좋았습니다. 밤 10시 이후에 체크인 하는 것이 어려운 점은 좀 불편합니다만 그래도 직원들은 모두 친절 했습니다

The place was run down & full of emergency housing people so we went to the Quest Dandenong which was clean & had a lovely stay

- parking is fine - room dirty - very noisy - staff /reception not friendly ( talk without seeing eyes, no greeting, receive card with left hand while looking at screen) - untensil in the room dirty - they changed our queen bed into single bed. - staff smoking at front door - toilet broken - hanger broken - filthy bed sheet Overall not recommend to stay unless they refurbish hotel and change attitude.

Dirty rooms, old mattress, worn out, chipped furniture, bathroom had mold and was dirty. No microwave or ironing board in the room, remote control was missing, so TV didn’t work, Nothing like the photos.

Not bad at this price but the shower room was not good enough,water coming in the toilet area. We did not have a breakfast.

Entry foyer cluttered with bicycles. Dodgy people loitering in and around the foyer in early hours. The mattress was like a cement slab. Extremely thin pillows. Lights in the room didnt work. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel has good rooms for the price, and is easy to find. The room appeared clean, aside from a large brown stain (around 4cm diameter) on the top sheets - wondered if the sheets where clean or reused. The staff just performing a function, were not engaging or welcoming. The rooms are very noisy, with other users seemingly using the corridors as an extension of the room - an example walking a crying baby up and down the corridor on multiple occasions through the night - being woken up on multiple occasions by a crying baby outside the door. In the morning another guest was asking for more food items at breakfast - it wasn't being replenished. The modern conveniences aside the facility felt similar to being in a small village.

Good value for money

Lacked room service. Advertisers continental breakfast. Minimum breakfast on offer. Unfriendly staff.

Rooms are clean , just the carpets outside rooms and outside need attention

Poorly maintained. Noisy all night.

Staff were nice, the room was run down and needed some TLC (despite being fairly recently refurbished) but we had clean sheets and towels and no nasty surprises. We didn't take the free breakfast option, instead opted to go find somewhere a little nicer.

Didnt stay as the rooms are so small and clostiphobic

I booked one double bed for myself and my older son, and a bunk bed for my younger son. When we checked in, the reception staff were a bit rude, unfriendly, and asked too many unnecessary identity questions. When we went to the room, the bunk bed was dirty, dusty, had no sheets, and only a blanket that was also dusty. I immediately raised the issue with reception, but was told that they "do not set up the bunk bed" and that "it is what it is." When I asked for a refund or a different room, I was told it was non-refundable and that no other rooms were available. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

waited 20 minutes at reception to check in because staff were on the phone about an internet issue not a great start but overall wasn't too bad for the price .

Someone tried to break into my car. One of the beds wasn’t made, had to ask for additional sheets to make the bed.
