위치는 무료 트램 정류장, 상점, QVM에 매우 편리합니다. 호텔과 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며, 로비에 아이들이 책을 읽고 놀 수 있는 작은 코너가 있어 어린이 친화적입니다. 건물도 안전하며 체크인 시간 전에 일찍 도착했을 때 보관 수하물을 도와주었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

걸어서 왠만하곳은 다닐수 있네요
샤워기가 고정이고 샤워부스가 작아요
수건은 페이스타올과 전신타올만 제공되네요
3명이 숙박했는데 각 2개씩만 제공되어져 있어 다음날 메모 남겼더니 전신타올 한장 더 챙겨주네요
멜버른에서 저렴하다 싶어 선택했는데 금액 더 지불하고 다른곳에 숙박할꺼 같아요

Check in is 2pm. We did not get into our room until after 3:30pm very frustrating. I had 2 rooms booked one was ready at the correct time. I had to wait with my kids for my room.

Poor quality apartment. The photos are deceptive. The 1-bedroom apartment is very small. Parking is terrible and very cramped; if you have a big car, good luck fitting it. No wonder it was cheaper than other properties in Melbourne CBD. The only positive aspect is its location near Queen Victoria Market.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Decor just a little dated but serviced our purposes. The hotel was undergoing renovations so presumably the place will get a facelift. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our request for a late checkout.

Located in a nice area with lots of dinner options. Friendly personnel. The hotel could use a facelift. Elevators were not so clean. The bathroom had some cracks and the bath was grey because of the use of lots of chloor(?).
