빅토리아 마켓이 정말 가까워요 걸어서 왠만하곳은 다닐수 있네요 샤워기가 고정이고 샤워부스가 작아요 수건은 페이스타올과 전신타올만 제공되네요 3명이 숙박했는데 각 2개씩만 제공되어져 있어 다음날 메모 남겼더니 전신타올 한장 더 챙겨주네요 멜버른에서 저렴하다 싶어 선택했는데 금액 더 지불하고 다른곳에 숙박할꺼 같아요

The reception staff were so lovely and happy to help with any enquiry (from coffee recommendations to attraction recommendations). Great location, a 5 min walk to queen Vic markets and the tram

Clean room and staff were courteous and efficient with check-in and departure.

Good overall hotel, the staffs are very helpful. Comfortable. I had everything I need. Best part for me is the location, close to public transport and shopping and dining. I also like the very funky feature wall in the lobby

5 of us were booked for the 2 bedroom option with kitchen. Requested a rollaway and happy to pay for it. Got told once there no rollaways exist despite being advertised; NOT A SINGLE utensil to cook with. WHY OFFER A KITCHEN??. A hot top to cook on with a pan but nothing to stir with. insufficient plates/bowls/silverware. Just random numbers of them. Lazy housekeeping. No dishcloth. One ketchup sized package of detergent. No blankets as it was winter. Sofa bed was awful, as expected hence asking for a rollaway. The evening staff were great helping source the basic things that should have been in there. But as they are also having to check people in it was 45mins for this and 45 mins for that. They really tried but if housekeeping had done their job as a team this wouldn’t have happened. Frustrating when you’re tired and travelling. Overall the whole place looks like a GLORIFIED BACKPACKERS or HOSTEL! Grubby. And the photo of breakfast is not this hotel. It’s actually an old bar. Looked like a decent array but has old casino bar vibes. Gross.

QVMのすぐ近くで、トラムストップからも近いです。レストランやコンビニも近くにたくさんあるので、とても便利だと思います。 お部屋はキッチンと浴槽付きの部屋でしたが、非常に広くて清潔で快適でした。アメニティは最低限のみです。 1週間滞在していて、リネンの交換やタオルの補充はいつも何も言わなくてもなされていました。お掃除については、希望するカードをかけていた日でもなされていなかった日がありましたが、基本的に丁寧にお掃除されていました。

I like ibis, it's very close to everywhere to the CBD Melbourne.

Our room looked directly out onto an office block but was clean and quiet. We slept well! Close to transport, shops and QV Market.

Check in is 2pm. We did not get into our room until after 3:30pm very frustrating. I had 2 rooms booked one was ready at the correct time. I had to wait with my kids for my room.

Great value hotel, great position in the city and easy to get to wherever you need to go. Room was clean and tidy and the service was great.

Poor quality apartment. The photos are deceptive. The 1-bedroom apartment is very small. Parking is terrible and very cramped; if you have a big car, good luck fitting it. No wonder it was cheaper than other properties in Melbourne CBD. The only positive aspect is its location near Queen Victoria Market.

2nd time here. Really enjoyed. Next time again.
