Clean & comfortable with clear information about the bush fire way way north of town.

The smell of paint or terpentine was very storing in our room. It's nice to have a paint job but the rooms should not be appointed to customers.

We had a nice 2 room apartment with comfy beds. Could do with a few more chairs and a toaster.

I had a front room, was very noisy with heavy vehicles passing all night .

Great staff always willing to help and go above and beyond. Room was clean just the queen bed was bit small for two adults therefore not the best sleep in the bed however everything else was great.

the shower was pokey. Fridge was broken and full of water. Loved parking at the door. Staff were amazing

Everrytime where going to perth were always booking at ibis Geraldton .. the front desk is so accommodating and friendly

Outside the city centre and require personal transportation to commercial centre. Quiet.

Rooms were a little older, but neat and tidy, pool shading was not in place.

Hotel un peu vieillot

I was 5 hours late picking up my hire car but the staff waited until i arrived to give me the key when they normally lock up. rooms are basic but i would say a lower standard/quality to the same chain in the UK. But I would also say there is a big geographical difference and volume compared to UK.

Convenient to CBD

Staff were awesome and went above and beyond to accomodate us with an awkward trailer to park on top of our car. Great comfy bed and had a great nights sleep. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the smell from the kitchen was extremely tempting. Pool was very clean and kids loved it.

Good price and great service.

We have stayed their twice the first time the room had black hair all through the bathroom and bed sheets.

The hotel is getting dated we had a late checkin and noticed by email and a call. Ot was last minute after a reminder call that we got the lock box details. Breakfast was booked but shut at 9am. The first hotel Ive ever stayed a 9am Breakfast closure. I asked for the breakfast to be refund and got a big no. Pretty poor service. And the bathroom smelt like sewer. All and all poor effort ibis / accor

The Room service is very convenient after a long day on the road! Great food!
