ibis Styles Kingsgate

The bathroom was impressively clean and brand new, and although the room was compact, it had all the amenities of a full-service hotel. The location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and Southern Cross station nearby. I definitely plan to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

big external noise that makes it difficult to sleep from 22:00

시내 중심지에 위치해 어디로든 이동이 편리했으며 특히 직원들이 너무 친절해서 기분좋음.

차라리 깨끗한 백팩커스에 묵을걸 그랬습니다. 너무 찝찝했어요. 게다가 1층에 묵었더니 에어컨 실외기 소리가 정말 크게 들려서 너무 시끄러웠어요. 방 바꿔도 똑같더라고요... 화장실 문도 슬라이딩 도어인데 제대로 닫히지도 않았습니다. 아무리 저렴해도 다시는 안 가고 싶습니다.

지금 리모델링한다고 공사중이라 일단 낮에는 정신없지만 저녁에는 공사를 따로진행하지 않아서 괜찮았어요! 생각보다 위생적인 부분은 그렇게 청결하지는 못했어서 아쉬웠네요.. 시티랑 매우 가깝고 교통이라던지 편의시설이 주변에 워낙많아서 이동하거나 음식점등 어딜가기가 되게 편했습니다

건물이 오래되어 냄새가 조금 나고 큰 도로변이어서 소음이 좀 있었지만 서던크로스역과 가깝고 큰 불편함은 없었습니다.

It was very good and close to southern cross And easy to catch the tram but room was little bit small was not really bad , and air conditioner was not working but Front service is very good they are so nice

Shame about the building works going on at hotel entrance....took away the good check in experience

This hotel is a good budget hotel, Great staff and good location.

For the low price this was ideal accommodation. Close to great dinning. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again 😀

Definitely not worth the money.

Staff were very responsive to help with air con and tv problems. Wifi was terrible. Not at all conducive for getting work done.

Room had hair on the bed, scratches on the wall. Didn’t seem to be the cleanest place. Had to switch my room.

Ibis Styles Kingsgate is in a great location, near Southern Cross Station, walking distance to city centre and easy walking distance to tram stops. A variety of food options available nearby from convenience stores, takeaway bars to formal dining. My single room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. I prepaid for the continental breakfast which was perfect to begin my day with. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my luggage in storage at the hotel, after I checked out, then collect it later in the day. This was great value for money and I will be keen to stay here again.

Nice place

I had a pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and really lovely people. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice. The hotel is very well located in the City. I have no complaints.

location is very convenient.

The room was what I needed, near the center of town. It was clean and tidy, Breakfast was good but a small bar would have added to it.

It’s fine for a budget hotel - nothing special
