호텔에서 wifi가 좀느렸네요. 샤틀버스를 너무 오래기다려서 공항에서 피곤했습니다. 숙박은 만족했습니다

Ibis Sydney hotel for what you pay it was very good, clean, air con works excellent,fast hot water,quieter than some dearer hotels,comfortable bed,excellent breakfast,staff helpful,15 minute walk to domestic airport,inside Ibis restaurant.I found it great for a good bed with breakfast(fee)

Good value quick overnight stay between planes, clean comfortable bed, good cooling and security, good shower and fridge. No lift, I had the second floor. I have stayed once before and liked the pool on that stay. Basic, but I would stay again. Good communication with access codes though the gate needed multiple attempts to get it to open (I did not need to call after hours staff). The paths and access would be challenging for people with mobility restrictions. Taxi in was cheaper in busy times at night, uber was cheaper in quiet early morning for transport.

Useful location being across road from rental car company i used. Room was ok. Id eat elsewhere tho. Restaurant was dirty and run down. Food also average for price.

My room was clean, my disability bathroom was dated but welcome. The bed was average, poor support mattress. Bed dangerous on its wheels without stoppers, as it moved the whole bed across the hard flooring,1st night nearly slid off when sitting to get into bed. I reported to reception staff as every time going to bed for 5 nights had to be extra careful that it didn't slide away behind me and I would have had further injuries.falling backwards to the floor. Breakfast was nice, but hot food was cold by the time it got to the table. Good location to the airport and public transport across the road. Shuttle service to airport or local bus an advantage. Walking distance to pub, shops etc. Would stay again for the convenience of its position.

Only one person at check-in and waited 25 minutes to be checked in. Not staffs problem but poorly organised. Would not stay here again. Rooms are tiny and smell. Bathroom sub standard

Booked a queen room with breakfast through Expedia for $160. Check-in at 10.45 pm was polite and quick. The first room (335) wasn't what was ordered — a double bed and a single instead of a queen. It also had road noise, an aircon making gurgling sounds, a tiny footprint and a musty bathroom. I called reception after 11pm and was told someone would come up "in a while." When no one did, I went down — the guy who'd answered was making himself a coffee, and the "manager" he'd mentioned was packing up to leave. She told me it would sort itself out in 15 minutes, even though the aircon had already been going for longer than that. Or perhaps it was a known fault and they'd put a guest in there regardless. Either way how was an aircon going to fix itself after 15 minutes, which would be conveniently after she had left? I asked for another room and given a queen room on the 5th floor, which is what I'd actually paid for. The second room (525) was also tiny, with a bathroom like a pod on a cruise ship cabin. The queen bed was firm and the pillows flat and unsupportive — between them, not a room I'd recommend for side sleepers. Breakfast was a budget-style buffet. The scrambled eggs were inedible, and the croissants were more like bread than pastry. I wouldn't have paid the $30 they were charging for it. There are better-value hotels in the vicinity if you need an overnight before or after a flight. My pick is Citadines.

Rooms need a little more attention to detail: no jug for boiling water. A bit ‘tired’ but the space is great for 1 person. Breakfast: sufficient, the coffee machine needs a service as the flat white is only warmed milk / froth. The staff is willing to provide for poached eggs! but food could be replenished a little more as it ran out at 8:30am when I was there this morning - fruit and bread for toast
