경치는 너무 좋고, 위치도 좋음. 조식도 괜찮고, 프론트 직원은 친절해서 early check-in 그냥 해줌. 건물은 좀 오래되었고, 침구류에서 좀 냄새가 나고, 침대는 편하지는 않고, 청소 상태는 아주 깨끗하지는 않아요.

Great location if wanting to stay in Darling Harbour area. There on business at the ICC easy walking distance. Good room pricing.

Room is small but location is great. The only think is the room services has to order with counter everyday

Had a work function at the Maritime museum. Was a short walk to get there and plenty of places to eat or drink in the area

It was adequate for what we needed it for. Does need some TLC

It was a nice and a convenient place. The only thing I didn’t like was no possibility of opening the window and having any fresh air!

Great position was fantastic , disliked mosquitoes inside dining area and pool area

Staff are friendly, room is clean. Location is good, near to ICC with walking distance. Room cleaning by request only. Super not used to their shower space, very small and narrow. Price is much more expensive than usual, maybe due to the big event nearby.

Place is a decade past renovation

The front staff was amazing. It was the best hotel customer service we have ever received

The accommodations at the hotel are spartan but sufficient for our needs. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping services are upon request only. The breakfast is very good. Dinners are reasonable as well. What makes this hotel so good is the front desk staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager, Jastin (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) was very knowledgeable and very helpful and always praised his team who were also great. Their combined efforts made our stay an enjoyable experience.

There are no negatives, everything was lovely

locatlon was perfect and rooms clean and tidy

The lobby and restaurant have clearly been renovated but the room I stayed on the tenth floor was in desperate need of an update. There also appeared to have been some water damage on the window and some of the furniture that was not addressed. Overall, however, the room was clean and it's a great location within walking distance of most major points of interest.

The hotel major advantage is the location breakfast choice very minimum the rooms needs a najor renovation you can reach you bwithin
