평이 너무 안좋아서 기대를 전혀 안하고 갔더니 괜찮았다. 방은 생각보다 깔끔했다. 다만 이불 커버가 솜을 감싸는게 아니라 그냥 위에 덮어져만 있어서 접어서 사용해야했고 머리카락이 곳곳에 있었다. 샤워실은 뜨거운물이 잘 나왔다. 화장실은 조금 오래 앉아있으면 조명이 꺼진다. 세면대로 나가야 다시 켜지기때문에 새벽에 이용 시 조금 무섭다. 주차장은 건물 바로 옆 중고차 매장 주차장에 주차하면 된다. 정말 정말 정말 작은 안내문구가 달려있다. 제발 큰 것으로 바꿔주길 바란다. 주차하려고 주변을 10바퀴 돌았다. 따로 체크인 하는 데스크가 없어서 bar로 들어가서 물어봐야한다. 직원은 친절하다. 너무 피곤해서 잠들었지만 조용한 곳을 좋아하는 사람은 힘들 것 같다. 1층에 bar가 있어서 사람들 말하는 소리가 다 들린다. Tv가 스마트티비여서 휴대전화 연동이 가능했다 (samsung) 1층에 술집이 있어서 여행 후 맥주한잔 하기에 좋다

Cleanest rooms and shared bathroom I have seen in Sydney’s similar hotel. And provide coffee sachets and tea bags which is convenient for me, definitely will choose to stay in the next trip to Sydney.

Upon arrival, there was nowhere to park, even on the street, so I phoned up to be told the location of the car park - Cnr York & Parramatta Rd BTW! The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. At dinner, I nearly took my eye out, lifting myself up on a high stool and hitting my head on the corner of a high narrow shelf. Lower tables here would be much safer! My meal was great! There was a 21st on, so it was very noisy in the bar, but surprisingly it was quiet upstairs! The room smelled of cleaning products when I opened the door, and I was disappointed I couldn’t open a window to air it, so I left my door open for a while. Aside from that, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shared shower was intoxicated with cigarette smoke, it was terrible! I wondered whether that was coming from the Gambling Room below. Between midnight and 1am, people were coming and going from their rooms, and since the doors atomically close and lock, the constant banging disturbed my sleep. Then around 3am, I was woken again due to the smell of cigarette smoke in my room, it was overpowering - where was this coming from? I tried to increase the temperature on the air con, but those buttons didn’t work for some reason. I was able to change the setting thankfully and finally went back to sleep. Needless to say, I had a disturbed night’s sleep and felt very tired for my course the next day. My rating is low due to cigarette smoke.

Everything seemed sanitary. Staff are helpfull. Bar is very nice. After hours access was easy. Key system seems outdated.

The door to my room was partially off its hinge so every time I opened or closed the door I had to lift it up otherwise it wouldn’t open or close properly.

It was a short stay but very pleasant. Service and cleanliness was good.

Clean & Tidy room, courteous staff, comfortable beds & Pillows

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. One star is too much. There was a horrible overpowering stench in the hallway, made us literally feel sick - like a wet dog had been rolling around in excrement. The room stank of cigarettes. The room was advertised as a ‘supreme queen room’ and completely misleading. Tiny room, barely any room for a single chair and a bed - and reminded us of a prison cell. The door frame was all cracked and looked like it had previously been kicked in and painted over. We had been booked in for a few nights but we cut our losses and left after one.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was neat and tidy. Quick and easy check in, at such a late time.

Just easy and convenient, good for the price
