Kalbarri is a wonderful town especially for surfers. There is a mouth of a river entering to the Indian ocean. Kalbarri Edge Resort is a very clean, and spacious accommodation. Crockery and dishes are very new and clean, barbecue grills are well managed. Bed linens are especially clean. We regret having stayed only one night. We will stay much longer next time we travel in western Australia.

A very kind manager. I left some my important stuff. They sent them to the hotel at Perth. Without their help, I lost them or pay a big money to receive them.

Excellent stay

Booked and stayed for 3 nights. While it was convenient, I’d say it was average at best and I wouldn’t rate it more than 3 stars. On check-in, the receptionist wasn’t particularly friendly. We’d also booked dinner at the restaurant for our first night, but they couldn’t find our reservation and kept saying there was “no booking.” We were eventually accommodated, but it wasn’t a great start. On our final night, whoever was staying above us seemed to be moving furniture continuously throughout the night. The rooms are hardly soundproof, so it made for a pretty poor night’s sleep. Overall, it was okay for the location, but I’d look for somewhere else to stay next time.

The room was clean and spacious

We stayed here on our way up to Exmouth. The property and room itself were ok, but slightly aged. The pool location left something to be desired. We only interacted with the staff at arrival and cannot really comment upon them. Close enough to the beach and bars to walk to and from.

Well setup spacious accommodation. Clean, comfortable and with all the right amenities. Kitchen, laundry, bbq, and lots of space. A great place to stay.

The location is great. We were able to walk to restaurants and bakeries and walk to meet our tour operator at the Visitor Center. I needed to check out an hour later and this request was granted, which was very helpful to me.

Staff was courteous at check-in, room was perfect and all in good condition.

We stayed 4 nights at Kalbarri Edge Resort and thought it was great. We had a 2-bedroom spa apartment which is a 1-bedroom apartment with adjoining door to a self-contained studio room. It was all very spacious and well appointed, great for two couples or a family. Ours was upstairs with a private balcony looking out onto bush which creates a nice setting, with the shops and bakery close-by. There was air-con in every room but also screened windows and doors so good for whatever season you are there. The beds were comfortable, we had a full sized fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher, hotplates and microwave. The TV was a good size and we had lounge seating for 5 people. We had a starter pack of two sachets of dish-washing detergent and 2 packets of dishwasher powder which was plenty for our stay. There was wardrobes and lots of shelving and bench space in the bedrooms. The main bathroom had a spa bath and also a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in dispensers. So really it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and convenient for our holiday, and the staff were lovely.

Nice and quiet tucked away less than 200m from the main strip, no issues with parking. I actually stayed here when it opened in 2008, and property has held up well over all these years.

Good , but have to walk up stairs.

Our suite was perfect. Bathroom, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and patio (with bbq) were all clean and tidy. Ample car parking. Check in and out was easy and all staff were cheerful and helpful. We recommend staying here and will be back again.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Certainly appreciated the in room laundry wash/dryer to catchup on laundry!

We had a studio room which was great. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Aircon was very efficient. Easy walking distance to the town and pelican feeding (not to be missed!) We ate in the restaurant one night. The food was excellent - rightly deserves the reputation as best in town
