너무 늦게 CHECK IN 했는데, 알아서 준비해주셔서 감사했습니다. 바닷가 바로 앞이라 VIEW가 넘넘 좋았습니다.

높고 깨끗한 호텔 건물 형태는 아니지만, 매우 넓은 공간과, 넓은 테이블 등의 활용 공간 등이 우수함

Only adequate for a 2 might stay. Although the location is beautiful, with lovely ocean views, the property itself is very dated and in need of some TLC. The bathroom in our room had been renovated, but not to a very high standard. The towels were threadbare, so we requested some extra ones. Noise. From the air-conditioning unit was horrendous. The outside unit had been fixed directly to the outside wall - just the other side of where the bed was situated. The outside unit for the room upstairs was fixed right next to it. We got woken in the middle of the night - sounded like a freight train - took a while to realise that it was the aircon unit. Awful, loud, mechanical noise. So bad that any chance of getting back to sleep was impossible. We turned our unit completely off, but obviously we couldn't do anything about the unit for the other room. The owners of the property were away, so there was someone else looking after it. When we checked out, there was only the housekeeper, so it wouldn't have been fair to complain to her. Overall, it seems that the hotel isn't cared for, ot desperately needs some care - even just a refresh. It could be made so nice - especially as the location is so lovely.

close to the beach which is wonderful to see stars. restaurant is not opened that is not convenient.

Shower running constantly, balconies falling apart. Bed creaking like I’ve never heard before. Sad place in need of repair.

It’s a nice quiet place with great view.

The surroundings are beautiful, even can see small animals eating on the grass outside at night!

Location is fantastic - looking directly at the water no matter what room. Can't wait to see the improvements once completed!!! All the best for the future.

Great stay. Cabin feel and thin walls but enjoyed overall

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception closed middle of the day, efficient helpful once open. Adequate, basic motel room. Basic comfort, 70s vibe, decor old. View fantastic. Building tired, face brick internally, needs more love and nurturing.

Close to everything and the ferry - lovely balcony water views

The location was convenient in Kingscote, not far from the pub and Italian restaurant in town (drive). The room was fine with long bench for things like using your laptop. Car parking out the back with plenty of room but no direct access to the room so a bit of to and fro to the car/room, not a major issue. The TV wasn't working and we were unable to find someone to report to until the afternoon of day 2, which was Sun. (We could have phoned). The staff member (owner?) was helpful and tried a few things to no avail but a technician couldn't be organised until the Monday (understandably). The TV was replaced. We were offered a rebate, which would have been great as a compensation for not having the TV until the last night of three nights but it was never processed. (It's now 10 days later.) Insufficient power points in the room with no power points near the bed for things like a CPAP if you need one of those. The seaview is lovely but out the front of the room there is no separation from the other rooms, and we sadly had a very noisy group of people next to us who were outside with the noise coming very loudly into our room. The restaurant is not operating at the moment, despite being advertised. There is no cooking (not even a toaster), no net curtains, so the room is visible from the front if you don't draw the curtains, No facewashers. Overall fine but addressing a few minor things could easily turn the experience into a much better one. Nice walks/views across the road
