Sehr einfach aber praktische für Kürzer Aufenthalt..

The hotel was magnificent, convenient walk to everything. The only downside is fridge makes loud noises at night , also hard to find parking spaces

The car park needs upgrading.

was able to check in early, lady was very helpful. we were allowed to leave luggage safely locked away for the daywe departed. shower cubicle was on the small side in room 1.

The hotel is very convenient to the taxi rank and to the station if you're travelling by train. It is a pub and all the rooms are upstairs so all the noise carries (think live music, trivia nights).

We loved everything about Hotel Katoomba. The staff were great , food was Fabulous and the location was perfect for us. Loved all the unique shops and the dining in the area. We will only book Hotel Katoomba for our next vidit

Our room has a window that faces the outdoor patio outside the bar area. Someone forgot to turn the music off in the patio area off the bar ant closing time and it was playing very loudly all night long right into our room. We got absolutely no sleep whatsoever. What could have been a very nice stay ended up being an extremely horrible experience for us. We called the hotel the next morning to see what they could do for us as far as compensation. But no one ever got back to us.

We arrived very late (close to closing time) as we were delayed at Sydney airport and had to drive there. The staff were really warm and welcoming and even though they had closed the kitchen, they put in a pizza for us so that our 10 year old son had some dinner before he slept. Very tasty and so grateful for it.

Check in was smooth, it was done at the bistro’s counter. Staffs were friendly. The room was clean, basics met. There is on-site parking depending on availability, the alternative would be street parking, which was easy and available near the hotel. As the room was above a bistro, music was playing till 11. Noise levels were all right after that.

Property is old but nice & tidy. Just the climbing up the stairs, not helpful when you are 71 years old.

The staff are very nice, but appear to be overwhelmed because they need to manage the pub as well as the hotel. The room appeared to be clean upon checking in. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. They don’t offer daily housekeeping as advertised on the third party booking platform. When they did, The housekeeping during my stay wasn’t through at all. Internet didn’t work for me the entire time.

Great location

Old building but room was clean and comfortable. Pretty good value and suitable location. Dining room is nice and food and service was good. A little noisy with the band but didn’t keep us awake. Great place for a quick overnight stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in thisnplace, lovely and friendly staff. The only one hard thing for us was carrying our baggages to the second floor by ourselves. Other than everything is perfect about this place.

Place was great for what we needed. Perfectly located, great price, easy and accommodating staff.
