Kimpton MARGOT SYDNEY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

기대없었는데 위치며 호텔 내부며 만족! 급하게 예약을 해서 그런건지 리워드 사용해서 그런건지는 모르겠지만 리뉴얼 마감이 덜 된 것 같은 방을 배정 받았지만 널찍하고 깔끔한 방 그리고 세심한 서비스에 지내는 동안 매우 만족했습니다. 시드니 일정이 좀 더 길었다면 호텔 내부시설을 더 즐겼을 텐데 짧아서 다 못해본 것이 후회될 정도 였습니다. 아쉬웠던 건 수영장인데 날씨가 후덥지근 하지 않다면 해가 들지 않아서 이용하기 춥습니다. (물 온도도 자비 없음) 기온이나 날씨에 맞게 물온도 조정하면 좋을 것 같기도 합니다. 호텔 주변에 뮤지엄역이 있어 공항에서 오가기 편하고 타운홀역이 있어서 다른 곳 이동도 편합니다.

The Kimpton Margot exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out the experience was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating allowing us to check in early without us asking! The rooms are huge and the amenities are well appointed. Bathrooms are extra spacious with separate tub and shower. The vanity is a woman’s dream, long and well lit. The bedroom is so roomy with space for a couch to relax . The hotel is located in a good area, walking distance to many points of interests including parks, shopping, the QVB, and the train station.

We stayed for one night with our dog and it was really nice. The hotel staff were so nice to her, and the room was set up with her in mind. The rooftop bar was great as way the lobby bar and the whole place is just gorgeous.

Beautiful hotel

Walking distance to the Sydney attractions. Took the train from the airport to Town Center stop with a short one block walk to hotel. Hotel was quiet, staff gracious, and food was delicious.

I emailed the hotel in advance of our visit requesting an early check in and the response was that they would do their best but couldn’t guarantee it and if I wanted to be guaranteed I should book the previous night stay, I chose not to do this. On arrival at the hotel they had no record of my request and said check in was in the afternoon but I could pay $100 for early check in, which I reluctantly did. I think it’s disgraceful that the room is ready and vacant and I was charged $100 for early access. This charge was not made clear in my communications with the hotel in advance of our stay.

Oh my goodness. This was the most amazing hotel we’ve ever been to. The rooms were incredible and the food, facilities and staff were out of this world. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So sad to be leaving but what great memories my daughter and I will take with us. Thank you so much x

Nice stay

We had a wonderful stay in a very elegant and unique hotel in the centre of Sydney. Would highly recommend it to others.

Great central location near multiple transport options. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast option is definitely worth taking up, as has a great selection and sets you up for the day.

This hotel did not disappoint and has been the first in a while that hasn't. Our room was exactly as it appeared in the pictures online, it was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was really clean. The staff were amazing, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is very convenient to shopping malls & attractions. Staff are very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel & will surely stay here again on my future visit to Sydney.

I really liked this property. Super location, very clean with a lovely fragrance on entering. We used the pool but unfortunately had no time for the gym and yoga. The bathroom is lively with quality products too. Will definately return.
