Great property. Very spacious living area. Car parks are a little snug if you have a large vehicle, manageable but tight (we had a Ford Everest with a bullbar). Kitchen was enormous with all the appliances you need. We only stayed one night, but would be great if you like to be able to do breakfast or other meals in your apartment. If you don't mind walking it's a very manageable walk into the city. The staff were super friendly which was great because I have never had to use a digital check in and key system but they explained it all and were very prompt getting in touch Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was clean and a great size. off street parking appreciated. Check-in process clumsy and frustrating.

The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone.

Loved KT Apartments. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great location on the edge of the city with amazing views. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and located close to where we wanted. Check in procedure was a bit confusing as there is no reception but when I phoned the number for assistance the communication and guidance was really clear.

Everything about this property was great. My only issue was when we had been in the room for about half an hour, and someone unlocked our door from the outside and walked in. No knock, nothing. She then asked if we had checked in, and said she was checking the room, and then left. No apology for walking in unannounced, nothing. It was a bit disconcerting, and made me question the security standards. Apart from that, we couldn’t fault the apartment itself.

Great location, spacious apartment, modern and comfortable. Sun beaming in each day, it was very enjoyable. Communication was lacking when we experienced a couple of issues but was promptly rectified soon after by management.

We absolutely loved our stay at KT. The apartment was absolutely stunning. All new appliances and furniture. It was so relaxing and made us really feel like we were staying in a luxury holiday home. Perfect for a little family! Highly recommend!

The apartment was well located a short bus trip from the CBD. It had all the facilities we required and was very reasonably priced. We would book to stay there again without hesitation on any future visit to Adelaide.

Exceptional appartments, meticulously clean, spacious, nice views from apartment however I absolutely hated the check in process … you have to install an app on your phone so you can gain electronic access to apart via phone … that wasn’t simple .., I did not find instructions clear .. had to call up for assistance…prompt response however the gentleman on the other end was rude and inpatient .. I had vehicles banked up either side of the access gate to underground carpark … I suggested that I needed to move to let them through… and the gentleman said HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO WAIT.. , the only other thing that concerned me was access to property was via back lane.. not on a street where you could park. If you are young and hip with good it skills , it is the place for you, just remember when you put your phone up to electronic locks you need to HOLD it there for at least 20 secs to release lock , you can’t just wave your phone over lock. If they amended access to properties I would return in a flash.

The property is very lovely and spacious. Comfortable for our family.
