Linda and Andre were wonderful hosts. The property was just as described, conveniently located, and like home. Andre gave us great travel advice and made us a delicious breakfast.

Linda and Andre were the most hospitable hosts providing a wealth of information we would have never known if we’d stayed elsewhere. Their place was absolutely gorgeous and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything we needed was there and thought of adding extra touches as well. We would highly recommend staying here

Lovely decor, friendly host, clean rooms

We found a large, elegant and comfortable room, with a gorgeous 4poster bed. It was on a very quiet street. Owners are very welcoming and hospitable. The guest’s lounge and sunroom a huge binuse

The hosts, Linda and Andre were awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In fact, I changed some travel plans based on their recommendations. The room was big with a 4 poter bed, large TV, small fridge, sitting area, it's own a/c and a nice bathroom. I was concerned that it might be noisy as the room was facing the street, but I never heard any street noise, or noise from other rooms. My only caution would be parking. I booked it because it said there was free self parking available, but currently they are building a new home at the back of the property and the parking area is blocked. There is one spot in the front driveway but it was always occupied by other guests. There is plenty of street parking, but during the day it is limited to 3 hours ( no limit at night after 5pm). In the end this wasn't a big issue as I was out during the day and found parking not too far away in the evening and it wouldn't stop me from staying again. Hopefully the on-site parking will be resolved soon.

Parking was easy, Linda is very helpful. The room clean and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great breakfast

Gorgeous accommodation close to local parks, attractions and shopping. Linda was a beautiful host and shared lots of information about the area. Our room was lovely. Clean, spacious with a very comfy bed. A wonderful stay in Launceston.

We had a lovely stay. The only critism is that the parking was not the greatest due to an additional house being built on the property. This could have been made clearer. Breakie was great. The rooms very comfortable and well set up. Tea making facilities were basic but adequate. A couple of small plates/saucers would have been good but not provided. Shortish walk to town was great though a little steep but thats Launie!! Thanks Linda and Andre.

Wonderful accomodation and hosts! Excellent location, walking distance to town. The lovely home cooked breakfast sets you up for a day of exploring!

Attentive and entertaining hosts Linda and Andre. Beautiful heritage home, luxurious accomodation. Andre made a delightful breakfast. After getting off the Spirit of Tasmania it was great to have the option of checking in earlier.

Exceptional place to stay in Launceston. Beautiful room. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Amazing hosts. So helpful with great suggestions of things to see as well as restaurant recommendations. Fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return someday.

Linda and Andre are very friendly and welcoming hosts. Our room was beautifully decorated, quiet, warm and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Staff could not have been nicer and kinder but unfortunately the property is somewhat older than the photos suggest.

Lovely property with lots to see. Leadlighting and conservatory where we had breakfast was amazing. Great hosts. Very welcoming.

Nice location in a quiet area of Launceston. Our room was stylish with beautiful bedlinen and even a chandelier. The host is very friendly and helpful.
