The service is non existent. No daily room service as advertised. No laundry facilities, barely any parking. Pool is dirty and isn’t getting cleaned any time soon. Same mugs sitting out side a door for days along with cigarette buckets. Bins full in rooms on arrival with food in microwave and freezer. I ended up getting my own dish liquid to re wash the dishes as the lady told me she didn’t have any. Worst place I have stayed. No laundry facility as advertised and defiantly no daily room service.

Bathroom especially shower tiles have not been cleaned in quite a while. Laundry left in piles outside rooms for entire stay. Staff stomping and chatting on verandah from 6 a.m. onwards.

Room not clean, previous dirty laundry left on verandah, out side overgrown, deck needs replacing

The room is "tired" and the makeover is not of high standard. However it was clean. Bed was excellent.

The property is very run down and unkempt

Close to the main street of Forbes. Good location next to the major highway.

All excellent all clean good size room well set out

Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned or even refreshed after first night. There was another floor above where a room was rented and could hear them walking on the floor ..... not soundproof or any treatment.

The property was reasonably priced and was in a convenient location close to shops and the park. A microwave was provided which was a nice surprise and let us heat up our own dinner.

Air conditioning did not work properly, room was freezing.

The Motel was quite old which makes it difficult to look fresh. However it was clean and suited my needs for one night stay. Thank you.

Tidy room competitive rates

Reception staff member was curt, no ‘hello’ “what’s your full name, park out there” handed the key. Room was awful, it was very small, carpet was dirty, it was dark and dingy. Bathroom was horrible, old and tired. The shower drips and leaks, water all over the floor. Very old toilet that didn’t flush effectively. Shower had a curtain -no screen. Lots of noise from the attached room. We left while it was still dark and there were no external lights, we had to use our phone torches to load the car. Overall a very unsatisfactory stay and in my opinion this property should be bull dozed.

Just what we needed after a 774 km ride, close to pub for a feed, beds were comfortable .

A JAIL BED WOULD BE BETTER THAT STAYING IN THAT MOTEL THE LAKES FORBES MOTEL...BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF COULD NOT SSLEEP PROPERLY BECAUSE OF THE BED IT WAS SO HARD YOU COULD NOT SLEEP ON IT....ANOTHER MOTEL I WOULD NEVER STAY IN AGAIN...

It was clean and a comfortable bed

Dirty and smelled - could not stay. Am requesting a refund!!
