Far from downtown Hard to find Unpaved road about 1 km long which makes the car wrapped with dirt Dirty floor in the room A couple of staffs working at the front desk were unkind In summary, terrible hotel relatively to expensive booking price

The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The setting was also amazing. Unfortunately the mattress in our room felt like you were sleeping on a jellyfish. It was so soft and unsupportive that you sank down into it. Needless to say we had a terrible night's sleep. Using the shower over bath was also an accident waiting to happen. The curved floor of the bath was very slippery and there was no hold rail so you had to be very careful when stepping in and out. Both these factors made our stay much less enjoyable than it otherwise should have been.

Roof in shower leaked no hot water til I reported tv kept shutting down or no picture. Basic maintenance required

Enjoyed the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was well done.

The pool and breakfast were great. Very friendly staff. Loved exploring the mansion and gardens. Enjoyed our short walk to Shadowfax Winery for an informative wine tasting. We will visit the zoo on our next stay.

Hotel was okay but badly in need of a refresh. Room blinds very dusty. Carpets old and look shabby. No fan in bathroom. Bathroom light switch in an inconvenient place. Bathroom door didn’t close fully and without a fan was a bit awkward. Breakfast was very good but dinner at hotel restaurant was fancy and not family friendly.

It was amazing stay ... beautiful place , heaps to do , werribee zoo next door as well as the werribee mansion.. fantastic definitely be back.

Hotel was fully booked at the time of stay. We paid a premium to stay one night but were put in a room above the spa and sauna which was very noisy up until 10pm. The blinds were broken. Breakfast was not great.

Comfortable beds and quiet on a midweek stay. Breakfast could be improved, the food options are limited and not the best quality.

The king bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was great and quiet. The slat window shades don't provide complete block out but that didn't bother me. Wonderful atmosphere and surrounds but the thing that really made my stay special was the service provided by Renee on the front desk. So considerate and friendly, she took my needs into consideration and was super helpful. She also remembered me the next day and showed gentle genuine interest and kindness in our conversation. I have always wanted to stay at the Mansion and will be coming back for sure - especially when there is a great last minute special like the one that I got.

Love Lancemore Mansion, such a convenient place after an exhausting day at the zoo. Staff were excellent and friendly. Quiet and serenity environment. Definitely felt rested.

Very tired, definitely needs a renovation. Definitely not 5* quality. We had to get them to mop our bathroom as there were still stains on the floor. Swimming pool, steam room & change rooms dirty and very tired. Layers of dust and cobwebs throughout the building. Overall cleanness was very poor. Staff all very pleasant and extremely friendly and welcoming.
