미니바가 프리라서.. 물, 맥주 등의 음료수를 마음껏 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요!! 아침에 조식으로 나오는 빵도 맛있어요.. 커피도 맛있고.

We had a great stay , this place is amazing, close to anything and everything, staff were so helpful and amazingly friendly. Hotel is so neat and tired can not fault anything. Will most definitely be booking back there.10/10 Laneways of Ovolo 😀

If you have rooms with no windows (and 30cm of glass bricks doesnt count as a window) then you should declare that in the listing. An industrial hum through the wall all night and the circulation of a windowless box. At a low price it would be fine, but i paid plenty more and that's comical. I mentioned it to staff who said it was listed as "no view" lol

internet connection was horrible, it get disconnected every few minute. I wan't able to work online with my work. also the blanket on my bed have few big yellow stains on it. however staffs and location was perfect

Funky and full of character. No cooking facilities in the terrace suites, just be aware. Worth the experience. Lovely staff who go the extra mile. Great location.

Great location for China town and theater district. Staff was very cheerful and helpful to get assistance from. Laundry on premise free of charge and evening glass of wine. Would start again

Pros: location can’t be beat. Tons of bars, restaurants and cafes, free trams in the CBD, near all the points of interest. Comfy beds and nice pillows, 307 faced the back alley and was quiet. Free coffee and happy hour wine, plus the free candy bins was a cute touch. Free laundry? Yes please! Cons: strange layout - apparently the architect has never actually stayed in a hotel. World’s tiniest bathroom, Huge living room, yet nowhere for guest #2 to put their stuff. Spotty wifi. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and hope for a better room layout.

Funky little laneway hotel. Awesome location. Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby and walking distance to Rod Laver. Super cool fit out & generous sized rooms.

Very thankful , we arrive from LAX and they let us checked in early which was very helpful after a 15-16 hrs direct flight . Very nice staff

Lovely welcoming and helpful staff. Some really nice touches like free ‘happy hour’ and free laundry. Close to trams so easy to get around and plenty of reasonable restaurants nearby.

What a great place to stay. Cool candy bar by the elevator! All the staff were happy and informative! So nice to see. The complimentary wine was amazing. The downtown location was perfect for access to all things Melbourne. We loved it so much that we stayed here twice during our visit to Australia.
