This was our second stay. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, super comfortable bed,good amenities and Rundle street just a stones-throw away. The only not-so-great thing is the poor shower screen design - you end up with a very wet floor outside the shower cubicle that the bath mat really can't deal with. Other than that great room and hotel - would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights for a weekend getaway to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Location was perfect. So many options for restaurants and food close by. The bed was so comfy. the room was clean and has all amenities you could need for a short stay. Also the view from the rooftop and the space itself is pretty nice- would be better if there was a bar up there (you are able to BYOB).

Great property!! The room was spotless and well maintained, professional staff and a mini bar showcasing SA products. There is a restaurant onsite, but it's not open everyday. Luckily there are many great options within a 3 min walk.

Room wasn’t very convenient no easily accessible power points. Had to boil kettle in bathroom and other than filling the kettle in from the bath you needed to use a cup to put water in it. Even on the 6th floor the view was a car park. Bar fridge was old and the ice box was dropping water into a tray on the shelf below.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a maintenance man fixing the door near the front, we had to wait till he finished to enter the room. Other than that the service and quality of everything was average. Didnt get to check out the roof garden because everytime we went to check it was locked

Our 3 day x 2 rooms (4 ppl) stay was comfortable however the bathroom drain had a terrible sewer smell coming up which we plugged with towels. The breakfast was a real let down - poor quality. The photos in your lifts advertise very clean vibrant breakfasts however the actual dishes were not fresh vibrant or tasty.
