Located next to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Faulty fire alarms going off & bathroom fan noise above the bed resulted in sleep interruptions. Tired property. Didn’t get housekeeping once in 5 days. Great location. Staff kind but ill equipped to problem solve.

Lorne is just a small but nice town.

Our room had a musty odour plus as an added bonus some visible black mould in the bathroom Wouldn't stay there again

Staff were warm and welcoming. Apartment was clean and fresh. Had everything we needed for our stay. Across the road from the Main Street.

Iove how it was very close to shops, restaurants and the beach! The room we stayed at could have been cleaner. Looked like it hasn't been used in a while. Surfaces and carpet was a bit dusty.

It is a beautiful property in a prime location. It’s our 2nd time here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. In house restaurant with buffet breakfast available and it is superb!!

The location is fantastic beach at back door eateries at front door Staff loverly and helpful Accommodation it’s self windows filthy dripping loo Serious drip outside wind so loud of a night Bed so bad that placed spare doona on bed to make comfortable Bathroom clean as was bedroom/living area Surprised no PowerPoint to use toaster or charge phone other than in bathroom/toilet area Peaceful wonderful ocean view relaxing

Nice room and amenities. Staff friendly and helpful Only neg really was the ocean view room didn't have an ocean view. Maybe change how rooms are advertised

After 2 nights staying we discovered that the “curry” smell in the apartment was because previous occupants hadn’t properly cleaned the plates. After running all crockery and glassware through the dishwasher this was much better. Found that overall the apartments cleanliness was average with finger prints on the sliding doors, balcony hadn’t been swept or cleaned and overall the decor looks tired compared to other units we have stayed in before.

Our beautiful ocean view

Hotel had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Everything was pleasant until we left. Beware the stairs! Husband took a header down a flight and ended up breaking his shoulder. Staff was very helpful, even drove us to the medical facilities.

Very old building and premises. Needs a complete make over. Towels provided were of very low quality.
