Excellent accommodation place to stay. Very friendly helpful staff, fast check-in, onsite secure parking. The room was very tidy and comfortable, extremely spacious apartment style. The restaurant breakfast was a great addition. Very close to the tram transport options or a short walk to city and nearby shops and restaurants.

I want to commend the front desk staff - they are always wonderful and welcoming

The staff were exceptionally helpful and firendly. I swam in the 'heated' indoor pool and it was quite cool but refreshing. Room comfortable, safe and quiet with everything I needed for weekend stopover. Many thanks!

The exterior of this property is terrible and I was embarrassed I’d booked this for our friends. the lobby area is also run down. The room was clean and functional but also run down. The checkin staff were lovely. A great location but this is a very old property that needs updating.

After the tissues and drinking water were used up, they were not replenished.

Went down for a football (soccer) international and a visit to a few museums. Staff were very friendly and helpful to the point of finding me a phone charger and a bottle opener when I had forgotten mine. Aircon was a little noisy whirring away during the evening. Good that it was a few blocks away from the main centre so noise levels outside were minimal. Overall a good stay.

It was very dirty and shabby! Cons: Bathroom broken and dirty - grim. Swimming pool cold and dirty and access to it dark and dangerous to a woman on their own. Windows dirty with draft and condensation Poor daily cleaning - bin not emptied and cups not cleaned with poor bed making. Shower lukewarm and in the bath. Someone’s toothbrush left in shower. Very low standard hotel, I’d liken it to a run down UK holiday Inn. Pros: Reception staff friendly Really gross! Nothing like the Avenue next door where my friends stayed. I chose it fir the pool which was a joke.

For a hotel the beds were poorly made daily and the cups and cutlery were not replaced or cleaned daily which I would expect in a hotel.

Room size was great. Easy place to get to.

Close to all eatery and shops only about 200 meters walk. Also not far from the main city area and bus interchange.

Ok accomodation, great location. Gym was in need of an update. And noise from neighbours was loud. Paid for parking only to be told if I leave the car park there may be no spaces on return.

The staff were amazing 👏. There was a minor mistake with my request that the rest of my family members didn't have an issue with but the lovely receptionists offered to fix it more than once and made sure we didn't have any problem. The location is excellent! We went for a walk and had dinner, everything we needed was very close which is great!

Good sized rooms but dated

Position, handy and easy to shops, restaurants and all Canberra has to offer. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. A pleasant stay.
