I've stayed for 3weeks and it was really awesome. Kind staff, renovated room condition, and fantastic pool facilities including water sliding. I strongly recommend this resort for family trip.

Very nice to stay. Here isn't center but there are to easy for go center- 5min by walk or tram. Including breakfast, good view,clean facilities, calm,swimming pool etc. I really satisfied!

위치는 트램역 바로 옆이고 한블럭만 가면 해변이어서 편리하고 좋아요 아쉬운 건 사진만 보고 주방이 있는 아파트먼트형 숙소인줄 알았는데 없었어요 쿡탑이나 전자렌지 없어서 당황했어요 프론트에 문의 결과 어느 룸도 없다고 하는데 왜 주방있는 사진이 있는지는 모르겠어요 냉장고에 생수도 따로 없어요 청결한 편이지만 사진보다 오래된 느낌이었어요 하우스키핑도 8일 이상 숙박하면 가능했던 것 같고요 2박 숙박했는데 수건도 따로 갈아주진 않고 유료로 가능하다는 안내문을 봤어요

Mostly not bad. Great pools (in and outside), liked saunas there. Most staffs were kind, there was just one staff that was kind of grumpy when I was staying. A bit away from the 'downtown' area, but is walkable, you can take a tram to the area as well. Must have been nice facilities when first opened, it's a little old now.

If I have a chance to visit Surfers Paradise again, I will stay here for sure.
I also want to recommand this hotel to someone who wants to stay around Surfers Paradise.

숙박시설 위치는 관광 및 쇼핑 이용에 용이했고 꺠끗하였다.
주방이용시 조리도구가 다양하여 사용에 편리하였고 주차장도 이용이 용이했다.
그러나 새벽과 밤에는 추워서 담요 비치가 좀더 되어 있으면 하는게 아쉽다

The property was dated and room we stayed in needs a freshen up. The staff were fantastic, pool areas great. Having the tram literally outside the door was good. We would happily stay here again

The hotel facilities are great but the room was very old (but clean) and there is a terrible smell in the halls, worse at different times but always present. Bed was comfortable.
Cleaners did a great job to room but a clean is only done at half way through your stay and only if you have a longer stay or there’s no clean. No daily room clean had the room feeling a little dirty to live in with sand, old sheets and towels etc but I must have missed that detail when booking.
Parking was very easy and the location is good if you don’t want to be in the main area but only a short walk away. The beach is close by. The tram is outside the hotel gate which is great and theres a convenience store only a small walk away.

Kitchen needs serious cleaning and perhaps new appliances and cupboards - spotted 2 cockroaches
Cupboards have bad odours
Bathroom tile looks like third world country’s tile
All rooms needs new furnitures
I think the owner needs to be considerate when supplying laundry powder and dish washer powder - amount provided will barely take you through 1 wash so please buy your own dishwasher tablets and laundry powder and take some hand towels as they only provide 1. Also forget about using the dish drying rack as it has moulds all over. Lounge and cushions needs serious washing/refreshing as they look sad and stinks.

The property isn’t new but it is very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic with an easy stroll to the center of surfers and 2 min to the beach, and the tram station right outside. We loved the pool and our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and came with washer/dryer. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Loved the room and view was magnificent. Upsetting to be charged per day for parking when I booked and it was noted as included. Disappointing that no room cleaning and was not able to get clean towels told by receptionist to wash myself as I had machine in appartment which I found rude. My husband was chased and growled at by a residents dog that was off leash in the car park and lift very concerning with young children around.

The kitchen didn’t have much it it but was very nice and big, needed more dishsoap or dishwasher pods. Fridge leaked water a little and the lights were very dim and yellow in the bathrooms but other than that was a great place to stay. Would come back

Third year that we have holidayed here and each year has been worse. The amenities and accomodation is in poor condition. The high rise building construction next door is extremely noisey from dawn to dusk. The rooms are old, the fridge was tiny and all of the plastic door shelves were missing. Everything outside is rusted. The little interaction with the front of house staff was us standing at the desk with no acknowledgment and then literally 5 words spoken to us. I wouldn’t bother coming back here. The money isn’t worth it.

If your looking for hotel for a few nights up in the goldcoast this is a good option. You really cant complain much when its right across from the trams and only around 15 minute walk from the main beach and main shopping area. Only thing is the bathrooms are a little outdated and the shower was cold most of the time but apart from that it was pretty good and functal. They do let you use the hotel facilities like pools ect if you arrive before your check in time and have lugage room where you can put your luguage whilst you wate for ur check in time. Overall enjoyed my stay and would probably come here again. Thankyou Mantra!!
