찬절한 직원들 덕분에 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 조금 이른 체크인도 도와주셨습니다. 주차는 호텔 건너편에 있는 정해진 곳에 했습니다. 하루 가격 30불이였고 주차하기 전 호텔 카운터에 와서 직원분께 문의하면 친절하게 알려주십니다.

시티와 걸어서 갈때도 비교적 가까운 호텔 이며 가격도 저렴해서 여행하는 분들께 좋은거 같습니다

Clean room with a cozy bed but not good location

On average, it was good. But When can I get my deposit?

브리즈번 센트럴역에서 걸어서 찾아갈만하지만 상당한 오르막이라 조금힘들수있음. 생각보다 객실이 비좁아 두명이 충분히 사용하기 불편함. 객실은 청결함.

It was the worst hotel that I have ever been maybe because I expected the brand name of Mantra. The hair dryer was very dirty and the cup was dirty as well. The water at the bathroom did not go through the hole and made a puddle for a whole day. Next day, house keeping forgot to clean my room. Night shift staff said that I should have talked to the manager. I requested to change to the new room but he said the room was fully booked. Last day, one staff apologized for it and provided me a coffee and breakfast but I am still very disappointed.

Small room but adequate and modern, great shower, quiet for sleeping, bit confusing going into cafe to check in. Staff were helpful.

I do like this hotel. It is clean with modern facilities inside the room. The staff are friendly and courteous. It is close to grocery and other shopping venues as well as walking distance to public transport. A great stay.

Very disappointed. Shower was mouldy and not clean. Staff at check-in are not friendly. Definitely not 4 stars

The reception staff were amazing and extremely polite. Could not do enough to help us. Bed was very comfortable, just a shame there wasnt a bit more room in our room. Nowhere for our luggage at all.

Arrived at the property and checked in, reception tried to charge me again even though i had already paid and had to find the receipt to prove it. Once checked in i was told the twin room i had booked wasn't available because hotels.com hadntbtold them and there hasn't anything they could do until the next day even though it was only 2.00pm when i checked in. Getting into the room it was very small and we didn't have anywhere to put 2 cases. And to top my stay off the hotel attempted to still charge me for the stay but fortunately my credit card company stopped the payment. I definitely wouldn't recommend stopping at this hotel the experience i had was very poor

I did a mistake booking a different type room when extended my stay for another night but fortunately it was not on peak/high season so the manager upgraded my room and let me stay in the same room.

Small room but perfect for my self alone

Small room but was only for my self, perfect stay, good wifi, smart tv, good location, a little balcony for 1 person.
