Trilogy is close to everything. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view from the 7th floor unit. The carpet was probably past its use by date but other than that it was clean and a comfortably place to stay.

i stayed for 3days. Hotel was good especially the location. 10 to 15 min from Airport by taxi(around $23), 2 min walk to lagoon swimming pool, 5 to 7 min walk to the pier and all the restaurants were stayed just in front of hotel. you can enjoy any choice of food. But the one thing that i didnt like was cleaning. they dont have any room cleaning service, if you want, you should pay extra and also you should ask your own towels at the reception every time you need. Moreover, the swimming pool they have was smaller than i thought. it looks they have very wide swimming pool but not really. Execpt these i mentioned, all the staffs , service and location was veeeeery good.

케언즈에는 박쥐가 정말 많습니다. 객실이 박쥐나무와 멀리 떨어져 있다면 매우 만족스러운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 건물에 따라 노후도의 차이가 있습니다. 오션뷰를 선택하시는 걸 추천합니다.

인공라군에서 가까워서 좋아요.

기본 룸으로 예약하고 갔는데 방에서 냄새도 나고 가격대비 시설은 별로에요. 숙소 앞,옆으로 공사중이에요.
위치는 좋네요.

위치가 좋아 주변 환경은 매우 좋으나 서비스가 좋지않았다. 서비스를 받을 수 있는 안내가 부족했고 일반적인 서비스라고 생각되는 부분들이 모두 요금이 있었다.

들어가자마다 개미떼가 반겨줍니다.
호텔에 컴플레인을 걸어 방을 바꿧지만 개미떼는 여전햇습니다. 침대주위에 약뿌리고 지냇습니다.

家族6人で宿泊させていただきました。
キッチンは広くてキッチンツールも揃っていて使いやすかったです。（食器用洗剤はありませんでした）
お風呂場は2つあって浴槽タイプとシャワータイプでした。
洗濯機は乾燥機もあり重宝しました。
スタッフの方は感じが良くて話しやすかったです。母が誤ってグラスを割ってしまいましたが請求されることもなく怪我がないかどうか心配してくださいました。
楽しい思い出を作ることができて感謝しています。

for the price paid I would expect housekeeping daily
not nice to have to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and towels tea etc...
was in a good location bed terribly uncomfortable and the pillow smelt like a dirty hairbrush, i had to request new pillow slips beacuse the ones on the bed musnt have been changed

As expected comfortable and well located. Car parking is of concern as there is not enough on site and alternative is 3-4 block walk away - not idea for female guest in evening. No valet option either
