Great location with ocean views. The decor of the room was lovely. A little disappointed with the lack of small details considering the price point, for example the in-shower conditioner and body wash ran out on the first night, no complimentary room servicing / fresh towels (we stayed three nights), and the TV was quite old (could only watch a movie on DVD but who even has those these days?).

Having been going to Zanzibar for over the 20 years. Live this place. Location amazing. Hotel refreshed very well. Sadly this time just a coupke of things. Would have been nice to know about the construction on the beachfront. The noise at times was terrible. The other inconvenience was the internet service. Wifi was non existent. Meaning no streaming television either. Difficult to get some work done. And no tral effort on behalf of managment. Only told when hotel is full its not very good. Consequently had teenagers complaining which I could have lived without in my vacation time. Hopefully these things are addressed for future. An offer of a small discount due to noise currently would also make a nice gesture during the time of construction. .

Great rooms but 1st floor view obstructed by trees - just glimpses of beach and water

We originally checked into an apartment with a lovely view but the pervasive smell of mould, particularly in the back bedrooms. After bringing this to the attention of the receptionist/management, we were moved to another apartment for the rest of our stay. This made the world of difference to our experience. Zanzibar had spacious apartments with world class views and a great position. Was terrific to overlook beautiful Mooloolaba beach. A favourite place!

A fantastic location with a spectacular view

Of course you never know what the weather will be like, we got rain every day and grey skies and grey seas. So the view was a bit dismal, but with cafes and shops just downstairs , we could still enjoy some holiday vibes without getting too wet. The warm spa is a must or wet weeks.

Overall, a great place to stay. Position was fabulous, view amazing, unit was spacious and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Only real issue was the room was not ready for checkin on time (no explanation, apology or compensation).

The property is tired. Pool & Spa in poor condition. Apartment could be refreshed.

Excellent location right above the beach, shops and restaurants. Good sized, well-appointed two-bedroom apartment. Pool is located at the back of the building so no beach view from there but we enjoyed it anyway. BBQ facilities (namely accessories, cleaning equipment) around pool need updating.

Locks didn’t work on doors, and it could have been a lot cleaner

We loved it. Great location, great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to go back.

Close beach & restaurants.

Location was perfect

Nice property, good spot overlooking beach and restaurants, property nice and tidy.

Cleanliness of the apartment was of a higher standard to others in same area.

Our foxtel wasn’t working properly.

Great place to stay as close to beach and restaurants. Has a lovely pool as well. Unit with great views just needs new furniture.Lounge is massive with huge seats, great for young people..outdoor furniture needs updating as wicker chairs falling apart. Main bed..if you like soft then this one is for you. Once in you dissapear into the mattress and can't get out...not for us and slept in the spare bed instead. Overall great unit with wondeful views.

Happy with the accommodation, it was clean, beautiful views and we really enjoyed our stay.

2 bed Apartment had everything we needed for family of 5 stay. Room was clean and furniture clean and practical. Hotel was clearly having some issues in day to day running. Trundle bed was provided without pillow or blanket for late night check in.. despite two prior conversation. The next day we were given cot blanket for the trundle and when asking why were told that they had run out if full size blankets…WTH? No pool towels available for first day because linen hadn’t been returned yet??? No alternative plan… just wait??
