Super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, walkable to both Fitzroy and centre of town/free trams. Helpful, friendly staff. Daniel and the rest of the front of house staff, in particular. Nice pool. Great area. Very reasonably priced. Coming back!

Was like home, safe and quiet. Stayed 6 nights for the AO Tennis. Had adequate kitchenette stuff. Aircon, TV, water system, lighting all in good working condition. Comfy bed, towels and toiletries provided including extras in cupboard. Easy access to trams to go anywhere. Reception staff was very accommodating. Nothing to fault. Will stay again if we need to be in Melbourne. THANK YOU!!!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, Tram Anbindung ist sehr gut und ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt beginnt die Free Tram Zone. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage wo man sehr gut parken kann, ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft selbst ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat eine kleine Küche. Bei ins fehlte leider etwas Besteck und der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig, Klimaanlage hat Wartungsstau und müsste dringend gewartet und gereinigt werden. Beim täglichen Zimmer Service wurde der Müll geleert und die Kaffeesahne aufgefüllt, leider nicht der Kaffee selbst, durchgesaugt wurde nicht und allgemeint müssten die Zimmern mal gründlich gereinigt werden, da es in manchen Ecken sehr staubig ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen, die Lage ist echt perfekt. In 4 Tram Stationen ist man im Zentrum oder ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Pefectly located for my needs. Close to transport options and walking distance to great shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and the room quite spacious with a nice firm matress giving me a great night sleep. The buidings are quite old which is part of the charm, but despite the general cleanliness of my room I couldn't help notice the old, stained curtains and the cobwebs in parts of the room. There was also a dirty can (clearly used as an ashtray) on the balcony to the room. I still enjoyed my night here and would certainly book again.

The pool is good, and the location in Fitzroy is excellent. Two tram lines right at the door. The overall look of the hotel is very dated, and the rear lift is looking very shabby. The locks on the doors are old, and look easy enough to break into. Should at least have door-chains for added security.

Good location, generally clean, but the apartment we stayed in could use some updating of furnishings and curtains etc. Limited dining options nearby, especially for a family with younger children. Would have been good to have the hotel cafe open. Cooking our own meals was tricky, we were a family of four with only 3 forks and knives provided… Housekeeping was very sporadic and never topped up toilet paper or soap etc. We had to keep asking when we ran out. Air conditioning in all bedrooms was good and the pool was nice, if not cleaned often enough… Needed a good vacuum for most of our stay.

I didn’t get the townhouse that I had paid for… there were ANTS in the kitchen… the shower was really mouldy and a magnetic strip fell down and hit me in the face … which was also mouldy..we took our shoes off as we entered and within a couple of hours my husband noticed my feet were black from being barefoot on the filthy carpet… I had to wipe the dinning room table down before we could eat as it was still dirty from the people who stayed before us.. and some of the curtains wouldn’t close properly… I will say that the bed was comfortable and clean… this isn’t a 4star hotel… very disappointing for the price!

Such a shame - this hotel is in such a good location and the rooms are huge - but its filthy and poorly looked after. Black mould in the bathrooms Leaky taps that flood the floors Low quality bedsheets that are not soft and comfortable Crappy pillows No covering over the doona Kettle old and falling apart - likely a health risk Old crappy furniture Curtains falling off the rails Overall, ok for a cheap and quick stay, but its a pretty low quality hotel overall.
