위치는 조금 별로이지만 숙소상태는 좋앗어요

층간소음이 있어 좀 힘들었어요. 그래도 위치는 시티안에 있어 이동하기 편했습니다!

The location is good and the room was clean and large enough for one. The only problem was staff. The staff who worked in the evening was very kind. I am grateful to her. However, staffs who worked in the morning were unkind. Especially, last day, a man told me wrong information about City bus linked service so I had to wait for long time on the street then took a taxi.

청결도와 스텝의 친절도 주변및 교통 모든건 만족합니다. 단~~ 층간소음이 엄청심해 숙박기간동안 잠을 잘수가 없었습니다.

It wasn't significant that the kitchen was closed with so many food options available. While the rooms were cleaned well, some maintenance is required; shower attachments and towel rack coming loose from the wall, hallways are dark and tired looking.

I found this Motel to be clean and comfortable Whist this is an older motel it was suitable for my needs Fresh bed and towels/clean shower with nice products Tv coffee etc Close to Victoria market and tram service Sometimes you just need a clean safe place to shower ,sleep and return to after a day of exploring without the high expense of other more fashionable motels

Clean and tidy

My stay was outstanding. The room was spacious and plenty of room for me, parking was discounted through the hotel, customer service was great and shops, restaurants, public transport, bars and clubs was at walking distance. Very convenient

Decor in need of update. Property was clean and staff professional. Area around hotel, especially stairs to car park, were dirty.

Location suited my needs perfectly.

All the rooms and bathroom were clean and had lots of space the kitchenette had everything you needed

The staff was friendly, and the room was quiet and clean. I Left my clothes there and they were very good at keeping them so I could get them back.

Hotel em mau estado de conservação. Recepção com piso sujo e quebrado. Corredores escuros , carpetes sujos, cheiro de mofo no corredor. Poucos funcionários. Limpeza ruim. Em nossa estadia tivemos um quarto com cortinas quebradas, luz queimada, carpete sujo, residuos de cilios postiços em nosso lixo que nao foi trocado durante o período total, utensilios de cozinha enferrujados, secador de cabelo em mau estado de conservação e com a ultima revisao em 2017. Cheiro do quarto de esgoto em alguns dias. Estavamos em 3, mas nao nos foi fornecido 3 toalhas mesmo após pedirmos. Nao nos sentimos seguros, pois o hotel fica em area escura, somente com portaria remota. Os longos corredores escuros do local, nao geravam confiança em nossa estadia. Mudei de hotel antes da data prevista. Ao sair , a recepcionista nao forneceu nenhum documento que comprovasse que estavamos saindo antes, sem a minima consideracao ao mal serviço prestado. É referido como hotel quatro estrelas, mas não foi nossa percepção.

Only issue as a group was due to the dining room being out of service there was not a communal area to sit and chat as a group on site, otherwise enjoyed our stay.

A bit dingy, but quite functional. Good value for money.

Great location, walk to city centre, trams nearby. No street noise

It has good public transport links, with three free tram lines available. Queen Victoria Market is also right next door, making it very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. The room also had a kitchen, and cooking utensils and tableware were provided, which was very helpful for our long-term stay.
