We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. The supply of amenities also provided us with all we needed too. Plenty of parking and very quiet

I got an email from hotels.commto advise my details had been compromised by Mercure Portsea in a scam/phishing incident, and have not been advised by Mercure. The bed was two king single together, and the bathroom was tiny - though we were given a room with a second bathroom which had disabled access (we didn’t need it). Not able to get room service/drinks etc after around 6pm

Katie at reception was fabulous helped out with comb & toothbrush as left makeup bag home! Nothing was too much for her. Cafe staff excellent. Great stay will visit again

Good value for money accommodation

Hotel located within the golf course with beautiful golf course views from the room. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The rooms well appointed but a little dirty in some areas in particular along the sliding doors to the balcony and also the carpets could do with steam cleaning.

Cups no saucers,tv remote worked to 60cm from tv only,no bottle water, fridge did not cool

Somehow we ended up with 2 single beds , no hanging space in the wardrobe and the remote control didn't work. No free to air TV 😔

Two single beds pushed together does not equal a king size bed. No couples on a night of want a giant lump in the middle of the bed.

Beautiful, peaceful scenery from your balcony. Dining area is full of light and gorgeous outlook to golf course and bay.

A fantastic location situated on one of the best golf courses in Victoria. Modern, clean facilities with helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a serene and picturesque break.

Excellent communication and care at reception.

We had a nice stay, however, the fridge or air conditioning unit clunked every hour, the bedside lamp wouldn’t work and had a loose exposed wire. Also, the shower flooded, thankfully I could stop it from getting to the carpet. The mirrors have some strange circles and smears on that make them look dirty, but you can’t clean it off, so I’m not sure what that was. Over all it was clean and comfortable, but in need of maintenance.
